I'm a repeat customer, with this being my 2nd time using Precision Garage Door Company. I received an advance phone call and the technician, Jeremiah was very prompt in his arrival to my home. He went right to work, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained what was needed and how the product would help the repair. I felt very comfortable discussing my problem and what can be done in the future. When it comes time to replace my door, I will contact this company.

I had 2 appointments. One for a new door estimate & one for the install. Both guys that came out were awesome! The estimate was on a Sunday. Precision is one of the few companies to come out on a Sunday. They were very polite, very professional & easy to work with. Completely satisfied with your installation and follow-up service. Jeremiah performed our initial install and was extremely professional and courteous, leaving no mess and fully detailing door operation and expectations. I required a follow-up visit and received same-day service. Jeremiah happened to be nearby and was able to address my issue by adding some additional lag bolts. Very impressed on both occasions.

The guys at Precision did a great job. They accidently installed the wrong doors (a mix up at the manufacturer), but they remedied the mistake immediately. Very polite, punctual (always let us know when they were coming), and communicated each step of the process clearly.
