I have used Precision a few times, and they have never failed me. Each one who has come to my home has been courteous, helpful, explain the problem and what they will do to fix my problem. I also used them when I lived in Orange Park. I was having trouble getting my garage door to either open, or getting it to shut. I finally called this morning, and had a technician here at 2:30. I really appreciated the quick service.

He also "tuned up" our new door after we broke it in for a couple of weeks following installation. He fixed one broken remote. And - what a personable fellow!!! I now have had the opportunity to use Precision twice and both times I have received excellent service beginning with initial phone call I made to Precision regarding repair service on my garage overhead door. Their technicians were on time, courteous and well skilled in their trade. I am a retired home inspector after years in the field and have some knowledge of how garage doors should work and be serviced. And your technicians were so knowledgeable and fixed everything on the overhead door and the door worked like new when they were finished. Neighbor who lives across the street also recommended your company and he was very satisfied with your service. Apparently you are choosing the right people and training them well.
