Precision was scheduled to be here at 9 and they showed up at 8:45. They got right to work and removed the old door and then started mounting the new railing and door. They did a great job and it looks good. Very professional and courteous. Were done in about 2 hours.

The reason I chose Precision in my purchase and installation of a new garage door was the information provided on their website and reading of the reviews from satisfied customers. Also, the person who came to give the estimate went out of his way to provide a sample of the door color we thought would match the outside of our house and repaired the original door so that it could be used until a new door could be installed. Great Service. Both the estimator, Chad and the technician that did the work, Dan Mangus were terrific. They were punctual and very easy to work with. Dan and his partner, Jeremiah had a real job on their hands taking down an old metal door that was totally rusted out and torn up. But they were up to the challenge and the new door looks great. Of course since this is at The Haunted Trails, the haunt crew has been told to take brush and paint and turn the door into a haunted theme. Let me know if you want me to send pictures. Thanks again.

Very dissatisfied customer. I ordered True White doors and what was installed was grey doors. I raise this issue immediately following the install and was told the grey is white. Waiting for this to be made right...

Mr. Menendez, As soon as this was brought to our attention, we stopped what we were doing and had a technician return back to your home immediatley. The new door that was installed was in fact True White. Your home has a grey trim painted around the door that is reflecting a shadow on the door. The paint color on the door is a very bright white color. Since then you decided to change the window design that was choosen and installed on your door and I believe that we have already made the changes for you. From the first phone call to installation it has been a great experience . Shaun was the first person we spoke to , then Chad came to our home to show us the product line , and then Dan Mangus came for installation . we purchased a new double door garage door and new precision door opener .
