Cameron was very nice, but I think I got ripped off. New garage door was installed about 2 years ago due to a house fire. The garage door was not shutting properly, and he mentioned the weight of the door and the motor. Said I had a quarter motor not the standard 325 motor. He recommended replacing the bar at the very top of the garage door. Cost me nearly $3000 when a new HP motor would have only been around $1100,, but I’m no expert, and I trusted what he was saying.

Technician showed up on time. Technician called in advance to inform me of arrival time. He give me a review of what garage door opener that we're available for my door. I made the selection and he installed opener explained and showed me how it worked and how to program additional devices should I wanted to add. Technician then cleaned up debris and asked if there was anything else I needed. I am extremely satisfied with his installation work and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Company was suggested by my neighbor who used them in 2024. Went online Monday at 5 PM 12/22/25 and set an appointment for 12/23/25 for the 8AM-12 PM slot. Connor, the technician called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived at 8:10 AM. Our garage door system was the original one from when we built 11 years ago with no previous repairs. Connor was awesome!!! He walked us through the process and explained the differences between the parts and cost. Had everything done and paid for by 9:45 AM. I definitely recommend!!!

After 20 years using this company to service my garage door, l have been so disappointed this last time. Called them for a remote control replay and got a quote for 2,600.00 hundred dollars. It is insulting and a total lock of respect. I wasn't home and needed them for emergency. I did it myself for $40 dollars. Unacceptable.

The spring on my garage door broke with my car stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Garage Door and the representative said she could have someone come out between 12p-4:00p that very day. At 12:00p Connor Brooks arrived and got right to work to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate for the repairs. The spring was replaced and I was backing my car out of the garage at 1:30p. Connor was a pleasure to work with. Great experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Garage Door!!

On Dec. 1st, I called the Precision office frantically because my garage door would not close. I had this issue for a couple of days. I managed to get it to work temporarily by using instructions I got from YouTube. But today (12/1) when I wanted to handle some errands, the garage door would not close. I changed the motor light bulb, I tried to reset, etc. It just would not close, so I finally called Precision, which I had used in the past. The person answering the phone was very sympathetic and efficient. She arrange for the Certified Tech, Connor, to come ASAP. He was great!! We worked together for a reliable solution!
