Today we had the pleasure of having Chad service our garage door. He arrived early, quickly determined what the problem was and replaced the springs and rollers. He was quick, efficient and very personable. He represented your company very well. You are lucky to have him working for you.

Chad was fantastic. He knew just what to look for, solved my problem, and then offered to help program my keypad, and both cars. then he offered to tighten up the spring to make the door lighter to do manually. None of that is what he came for, but he just knew everything to do. So happy with his service.

Chad arrived on time, well prepared and very knowledgeable. He identified the issue promptly and provided explanation of the issue as well as corrective activities he would undertake. He waited for my approval to proceed and was extremely respectful throughout our interactions. This was my 2nd service call since you installed the opener in 2013. Each call was handled in exactly the same way: Respect, professionalism and product knowledge.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with Precision Door Service. The service started at the beginning with Ashley being so helpful for scheduling an appointment to Chad the service representative with his outstanding service. Your company stood behind its warranty 100%. I would recommend your company anytime and hope you get the same two people I had the pleasure of dealing with too. They were GREAT!!!!!

Precision Garage Doors was selected over other companies because I had used them previously and because of their ad in Money Magazine and reviews listed. Chad was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained why the garage door opener needed to be replaced if I wanted to use a remote opener. He offered me two options and explained the warranty on both. He also explained maintenance and what should be replaced later. This company has competitive prices and their service cannot be beat. .

The service was impeccable. Jason was professional and very knowledgeable. I have only had great experiences with Precision, starting with the phone call with customer service and the technicians sent out to perform the service. Precision is Excellent Service that should be modeled elsewhere! Thanks to Jason for demonstrating that Excellence!
