Had my garage door opener replaced. Called Precision and within 1 hour the technician arrived. diagnosed the problem and replaced my old garage door opener with a new in about 1 hour. Reggie was very polite and did a very good job. Thank you Reggie for a job well done.

When we lived in St Augustine a few years ago, we had one of our coil springs on our garage door to break. Precision came and quickly replaced both coil springs. The team was quick to assess the problem and als quick to repair our garage door. We spent the last 6 1/2 years in southern CA with a family care issue. Now we are back in FL in Ponte Vedra. When I noticed my garage door at our 7 year old house had some lifting problems, I called the builder’s installer but did not get a call back. I remembered my experience with Precision. I quickly made a call and received an appoint the same day! The Precision Team arrived a little ahead of the appointed hour which made me appreciate being on time. The team made a quick assessment of the door lift proble and recommended the parts that needed replacing. Plus, the team quickly went about retrieving the new parts from their truck, removing the broken parts, and installing the new ones. Afterwards, the door could be raised manually with just a little assist. It took both of them to struggle to manually lift the door with the original lift springs. Now, I happy that I remembered Precision from my prior FL residence!

We are beyond happy with our decision of using Precision Door to replace our garage opener and install modern remotes/keypads. Tim Van Vuren (and team) did a fantastic job and were extremely kind and professional. He explained what work he was doing and alerted us, for approval, of the extra work that was needed to hang the new opener. We will likely need to replace the tracks and door down the road and will 100% call Precision! Thank you for doing such an incredible job and the outstanding service.

I first had an appointment with Chad, who assessed the damage to my garage door and wrote up the estimate. He was professional, courteous and friendly. An appointment was made for Tuesday, July 12th and Chance and Cody showed up to make the repairs. They were early (a plus), made the repairs in less time than estimated (another plus) and were also professional, courteous and friendly. You have a great team. From the initial phone call until the truck left my house, this company has figured out that customer service and a professional staff are important. Excellent and fast service. I don't like for repair representatives to push the sale of not needed items. Never was I pressured to buy things I didn't need. Chad educationed me on the system and mentioned things that may in time have issues. However, he didn't try to pressure me to purchase something I don't need. I was expecting the sale pitch. When I got simply good quality service, it made glad that I called a well branded company like Percision. Would recommend Percision to anyone having garage door issues.

He installed a new garage door opener, explaining in detail the operation of my new opener and all the new great features I didn't have with my old out-of-date and broken opener. You chose the right man when you employed Hayden who maintained a professional, cordial and personable manner during a challenging repair situation which presented a number of consecutive issues. He adjusted the door limits replaced the motor with one that itself was defective and had to be replaced, resolved a wiring problem, and changed out the chain system with a belt/track apparatus that resolved a different problem. Always maintaining a good sense of humor and a cordial professionalism, he was an outstanding representative of your company. Congratulations!

Let me just begin by saying that your employee REGGIE DAVIS is the real MVP. He was on time, he was courteous, he was efficient, he was knowledgeable, he was very communicative, he was pleasant, he was personable, he was professional. There are a ton more adjectives I could use, but I'm sure this review is limited to a certain amount of characters. If ever I need garage door repair, precision garage door of Jacksonville is where I'll turn. Because of Reggie, you've gained a customer for life. Great work. The appointment booking was pleasant and seamless as well. But I'm really blown away by the workmanship and attention to customer service and the technical knowledge of the service technician. Job well done guys.
