My 10 year old garage door opener crapped out at 6:30 PM on Monday night. I called Precision Garage Doors and spoke to the after hours gal, who booked an appt for us at 10 AM this morning. Connor called at 9:30 AM to let me know he was in the way and would arrive as scheduled. He took his time to explain what was the problem, and that we were likely looking at a new system. He had all the necessary parts in his truck for 2 systems, and when presented with the options , we chose a newer more powerful motor which came with a lifetime warranty. Connor was very knowledgeable and friendly, the prices, while more than I wanted to spend seems fair. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your needs!

The technician who came out on Saturday night was absolutely fantastic. Despite the late hour, he arrived promptly and conducted a thorough diagnosis of the issue. What really stood out was how clearly and kindly he explained all the possible solutions, from repair to full replacement, taking the time to go over each option without any pressure. He even helped me understand the most cost-effective choices available, which I really appreciated. It's not easy to find that kind of professionalism and care—especially on a weekend evening. His calm, helpful attitude made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
