Hayden was amazing! He was extremely thorough, knew exactly what he was talking about, and got the job done quickly. We had previously had a bad experience with another subcontractor, but Hayden came in and fixed all of the issues without any hassle. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and even helped prolong the life of our garage door. We’re very happy with the service and really appreciate his professionalism. Highly recommend!

Five stars go to Cameron in the Nocatee, Ponte Vedra area! I used Precision at my old home in Sarasota and were happy to find them here as well. Cameron was sent out to provide an evaluation of my current system and a quote on any work suggested. He was on time and very professional. He listened to my concerns and reasons for my call into Precision, esp since nothing was “broken” or not working. I recently purchased my new home and because I was a customer in Sarasota, I automatically called them to offer me solutions to my poor, rickety, too-small-of-a-motor garage door opener. After inspection I needed a heavy duty motor, belt system and new cables, bearings, etc. He presented all my options which left room for monetary decisions and was ready and able to complete the job right away. He did a fantastic job; he was courteous, professional, clean, careful and conscientious. He cares about the work he does and it showed. He walked me through everything he did when finished, explained the system, ran multiple tests, programmed all clickers, key pad and car. Explained the warranties, yearly maintenance suggestions and how to register my new system. Request Cameron if you can, you will not be disappointed!

This is our 2nd time having our spring replaced by Precision. The last time was in 2011. It gets used multiple times a day. Now 15 years later it snapped and both cars were stuck in the garage. They happened to have time slots available that same day and the gentleman came out in 30 min. It took him about an hour. He was a gentleman. Dressed in uniform, clean cut beard and was very pleasant. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get it done.

My daughter & son in law used Precision previously & highly recommended your company. Connor was my technician today & came right out the same day I called. I couldn’t get my car out of the garage as the door spring was broken. He diagnosed the problem right away & throughly explained everything to me. He is a very knowledgeable & professional employee. I hope you appreciate his hard work & dedication. I would give him five stars or higher as he met my expectations & beyond. A wonderful young man & an asset to your business!

What an awesome company to work with. First, a real person answers the phone. I was able to get same day service, even on a Sunday. Actually they came out in less than an hour after my call. My technician, Noah, was wonderful. He conducted an overall inspection, discussed what was needed to fix the main issue, and discussed other specifics that we might want to address now as well. Professional, friendly, not high pressure on anything. Had everything he needed in his truck to do the work. Did an awesome job, the garage door has never opened and closed this smoothly. Such a pleasure to work with a professional company that takes pride in doing good work. Thank you, Lori

I have used Precision before to repair my Garage Door, and it held up for a long time. I was pleased with the overall cost, and the Technician was very pleasant, patient , professional, and helpful to me in completing the whole process for approval etc. I am very satisfied with the price and monthly plan to pay it off. I pray it will be installed as soon as possible, as I am excited to see it and use it for my new car. Thanks so much! God Bless!!

I've been using Precision Garage Door for many years for yearly service on my 2 garage doors. I've used other garage door companies in previous years, and they were not nearly as good and thorough as Precision Garage Door. Precision Garage Door serviced my 2 doors this morning, and the tech did a great and thorough job. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door, and highly recommend them.

I got their name and number off of one of their service trucks checked their reviews on the internet and they had a 4.9. I called and scheduled a service appointment. They came the next day and gave me a quote that I accepted and they went to work. They had everything that was needed, finished the job. Their tech was awesome and I know why they have a 4.9 rating. I highly recommend this company. Great job!

Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were able to provide same-day service, arrived early, and clearly explained the repair options without any pressure. Chad was my technician and he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I especially appreciated the quality of the work, including the new opener, rail, wiring cleanup, and overall attention to detail. The whole process felt smooth, honest, and efficient, and the garage door is now quieter and operating better than before. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality garage door service in Jacksonville.

Their certified technician, Chad, arrived promptly after scheduling service online. He diagnosed the problem, presented me with all options, and performed the repair service quickly. After his repairs, the garage door opens and closes better (and quieter) than it ever has since moving in 8 years ago! I highly recommend their services.

We had Noah out to look at some issues we had with our garage door. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was also patient with me as I went back and forth with my husband deciding on which repairs to make. Would happily call him again for future repair needs!

Everything about my experience with Precision Garage Door Service of St. Augustine was extremely easy while still being very professional. From the initial consultation all the way through the installation, the entire process was smooth and well organized. They handled everything, including pulling the permit, which made the process completely stress-free. Once the permit was approved, they were ready to go and installed both a two-car garage door and a single-car garage door the very next morning. The turnaround time and efficiency were impressive. The technician was professional and respectful of the property. After the installation was complete, they took care of all cleanup, removing every piece of debris and leaving the job site spotless. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service of St. Augustine to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and a hassle-free experience. Great service from start to finish.
