Michael was very conscientious and explained every step of checking our door. He found a loose bracket and a cracked piece which he reinforced. He replaced our exterior keypad which was broken. He carefully programmed both cars to the door.

In 2021 Precision installed 2 all metal roll up garage doors for me. I've used the daylights out of them and called asking for a "tune up". Tech arrived ON TIME. Tweaked and adjusted BOTH doors. Made appointment thru the website. Easy to follow process. Repairman let me know he was running a little late, arrived as promised based on his call. He diagnosed the issue(broken spring), explained the solutions and pointed out alternatives. Provided pricing and options. Prices were within anticipated ranges. His repairs were complete and he fully explained warranty process and recommended owner servicing. Door is functioning properly and is much quieter.

Been in my house about 9.5 years the garage door began having issues closing (it would get within 1-2 feet of the ground and retract). I did basic troubleshooting with the sensors and Down settings but nothing worked. I called to schedule repair and the lady that helped me was very friendly, able to schedule for my preferred timing (the next morning), and provided all information I asked for such as how pricing worked. Dalton called in advance of arriving and arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window. He was personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed issues and was able to show me how/why things were issues. He provided the estimate and went over options that could lower/raise the amount and also that I could remove anything I wanted. Can't lie that the estimate was pricey but we decided to move forward, especially since Dalton had everything needed for the repair on his truck and could perform the repair right then and there. I asked how long it might take and he said 1.5-2 hours. He wrapped up right around 1.5 hours and showed me the work. He was thorough and obviously took pride in doing good work. He also programmed the door code to my choice. Although it was more expensive than I expected, I am very pleased with the work and the experience. They delivered on everything they said and I didn't feel like I was just being sold a bill of goods for a money grab. Will definitely use again for future needs.
