We came home from the holidays to a garage door that wouldn't open. Called Precision Garage Doors first thing the next morning. Their technician, Jeff arrived about 10am and immediately saw one of the springs had failed. He quickly took care of the issue and had the door operational. He suggested and we agreed to a few additional replacement parts given the door is close to 25 years old. It now opens and closes perfectly and much more quietly. Excellent job by Jeff and Precision Garage Doors.

Riley who was the service tech for precision garage door was professional, and checked the complete system to make sure there was no other issues than the spring that was broken inside the original support rod. He also adjusted the garage door sensors to the proper heigth. He cut the original rod in half to show me where it was broken which he determined was the problem during his consultation. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants it done right and to get professional courteous service.

I used Precision to install a new garage door opener 7 years ago and it's operated fine since then. However, on the afternoon of Dec 31st it would no longer close without holding the control button. I was very pleased that their service person, Noah, was at my door within 90". He checked out the system and found that the sensors had failed. Bottom line, from phone call to completion of the fix was only about 2.5 hours. I am very happy with the timeliness and efficiency of the service.
