I called the office around 9 or 10 in the morning. They sent a tech out the same day. Said it would be between 1 and 3 p.m. The tech called me at 1 p.m. and said he would be at my home in 10 minutes and he was. He was finished with the repairs by 2 p.m. I was very pleased.

Sean arrived ahead of the scheduled time and was able to assess what I thought was a problem immediately. He then did some corrective measures and explained what he had done as well as what to expect in the future. He left some lubricant and showed me where to spray it on a regular basis. Overall, he was very professional and knowledgeable and I am completely satisfied with the result.

Precision Door Service was true professionalism from the get go. From the young lady who answered the phone, the gentleman who provided the quote and the two men who installed the garage door. When I called the office they were able to send out a young man to provide an estimate, he was polite, professional, and very knowable and answered all my questions. He provided a quote that was comparable to other quotes I had received but what set this company apart was that the follow through was impeccable. He provided me an email quote right then, called the office to schedule and I had a beautiful new door in a week! Could have been done sooner but I had to clean out my messy garage. The two men who installed were very polite, prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
