It was time to replace my old wood garage door and read reviews of several companies. I decided to go with Precision because of their reputation and because I had used them previously to replace rollers. Jason Stewart came to install the new door, with windows, and worked tirelessly in the heat removing the old, very heavy door and installing the new one. He wasn't satisfied with the way the edging around the door was fitting and came back to adjust it until he was satisfied. Jason is a good worker and an asset to the company.

I was locked in my garage, spring broke within 2 hours a very nice young man came and had it fixed. Spring broke I decided to have new springs and rollers . This young man was quick and did not pressure me to buy anything however he did say that if one spring went the other would follow I work in a service industry and was very happy with the quick and efficent service from precision.

The technician, Tim Van Vuren, arrived promptly and was very courteous. He quickly assessed what the problem was with my garage door opener and gave me options to solve the problem. I opted to purchase a new opener and Tim had it installed and ready to go in no time. He was very thorough in his explanation to me about operating the opener and remotes. He even programmed my car rear view mirror remote. He was fabulous! I would definitely recommend Precision!

I am very happy!! I had my garage door checked by a competitor a few months ago...he found nothing wrong and tried to sell me a high priced can to spray my rollers with. Also charging me for a full service call. He was at my house for less than 10 minutes. Precision within 5 minutes ascertained that it was my screw drive that was causing the noise (not the rollers) and sold me a can of lubricant for a reasonable price. We have used Precision before and will not make the mistake of using anyone else again! Thank you Precision and my ears thank you!!! 5 Stars for you guys!!

I found Precision through a simple Google search. I chose Precision because they were available on the weekend when we needed them. I will stay a Precision customer because of the outstanding service we received from technician Michael. He throughly assessed and communicated our issue, gave us potential best and worst case scenarios before starting the work, was very professional both before, during and after the service. We really appreciated his communication with us prior to arriving to ensure we knew if he was running late, etc. We weren't left sitting at home guessing when he might (or even if) he arrived like most service people.
