Sean Smith was On-Time (called ahead too), Professional & Informative upon his initial visit for a repair estimate. After laying all options out, I decided to purchase a new system. System currently have is original upon build of house (19yrs old). There was no pressure nor "sales pitch" to entice the purchase. Sean was honest and provided all options leaving the decision to me with no pressure. Sean represented Precision very well.

Jason, so far, so good. Found you guys off the internet. Website nicely done. Like the Bio's on your crew. Very professionally done. Very impressed with appointment time. Tim called at 1:50 and said he was on the way. At 2:05 P.M. they were pulling into my driveway. Tim gave a very through inspection to my existing garage, and pointed out things that needed replacing. You have Service Performed and Purchased Product: Under Purchased everything was replaced. I would recommend your company to anyone that might ask. Although the work on my garage won't be complete for several more weeks, which I agreed too.

My garage door was not closing properly and the technician immediately discovered the problem and fixed it. I had some questions on the lubrication of the door as well as the operation of the door when the power is out and he took the time and carefully explained what to do. He was very courteous and competent and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door issues.

I requested an appointment online and received a phone call to set up a time on the day i requested. Frank, the installer, called to confirm the time, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was profession and polite. He did quality work, cleaned up after himself and gave me all the information and instructions that I needed. He even helped me program the "clicker" built into my car visor. Precision sells quality products at a fair price. I couldn't be happier.
