My Technician was Tim. AJ was with him. I scheduled a door tune-up and roller replacement for my garage door. I wasn't expecting much improvement from the service - just regular maintenance. I was surprised that the door was very quiet after their service. My garage door has never been this quiet and I can't think of any door being this quiet. I should have done this service a long time ago. Tim was very informative and made sure that I understood what he did for the tune-up service and made some recommendations. Highly recommended!

Had great service from Precision! Tim called right before he arrived and was fast and very helpful. He installed the new opener quickly and even programmed the opener in my car. Super happy with Precision and will definitely use them again if I need a garage door company!

Jeremiah stole the show!!!! Extremely professional, courteous and proficient. We are very pleased with the finished product! The replacement was done on Sunday and early in the day and seemed relatively quick. We were going to go with Home Depot but figured going through their appointment process would be longer than we wanted to wait. The price was right for the efficiency and product. Highly recommend. I was given a two hour window, my technician arrived closer to the first hour which made me happy, he was polite and seemed very knowledgeable, he changed out my noisy rollers cleaned up after himself,took my payment and immediately emailed my receipt which included a suggestion of parts that will need to be replaced in the future, he was in and out and there was NO pressure. I'd recommend Precission Door Service.

Our technician Michel was so nice and polite to me. He got out of the truck and introduced himself and told me he would do all he could to remedy our situation with the garage door. He took his time and checked out everything. He explained what as wrong and fixed. I especially appreciated how he showed me the proper way to use the silicone spray for the door. He was so pleasant to be around and he took great pride in doing a professional job. I will certainly call on your company again and highly recommend your company to my friends.

Jerimiah was very thorough in his inspection of my double garage door. Of course, the broken spring was a given, but his explanation of the age and worn condition of my rollers, bearings, along with the spring replacement was a low-pressure approach to aiding me in choosing the extent of repairs that needed to be made. The before and after repairs brought a whisper-quite door opening and closing. He is a great asset to your company.

Unfortunately I had to pay a service call and apparently the garage door didn't open yesterday because of the position of the sun or something, but I totally understand. Michael Gavandalli, the technician that performed the work on my door hardware, drive belt, and motor was awesome. He worked tirelessly in the heat of the closed garage. Everything on the door but the door and track was replaced. The motor, belt drive, wall switch were replaced. I even have an outside keypad which I've never had. Michael's expertise and professionalism showed no bounds. I cannot believe how quiet the door and opener are. Through Home Advisor.com is how I got in contact with Precision. I will definitely recommend and use Precision for all my future garage door needs.
