Wow what a great experience. Exactly as they portrayed themselves. Repair cost was fair, they actually arrived early and he was done with our broken springs and bearings in about an hour. Very respectful and professional, explained everything, cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommend these guys.

Problem with garage door opening all the way. Called and received same day appointment. Michael arrived and immediately knew what the problem was. After adjusting the springs and settings on the opener, and lubricating all the hinges and rollers, the door worked perfectly once again. Great job Michael!

Unbelievable! Called for service at 2:15PM.... Operator said someone would be here between 3 - 5 PM... Devin arrived around 3:45PM repaired door under warranty within hour or so! No hassle. Great service.

i had called another well know company who said they would get here late Monday or at the latest Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday up to 2:30 and got nothing but, voicemail! I called Precision around 3:00 and they said they could get to it between 5 and 7. I got a call at 4:00 and he guy was 10 minutes away and wanted to know if he could come early. Now that's service! My car was stuck in the garage and he repaired the door in less than 45 minutes and at a reasonable price. I tell anybody to call Precision 1st!!
