I cannot remember a time being so impressed with a service company! I loved being able to read about the scheduled technician before the appointment. The tech's were right on time, friendly, explained what needed to be done and why, gave me a couple of options and did the work much more quickly than I would have guessed! AJ really knows his stuff. He set to work and measured and figured the size spring and then also replaced the wire, and other things that made it work beautifully and quietly. He did a super job in a very professional way. And cleaned up work area. Definitely would recommend Precision and A. J. to any of my friends.

Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem with the door very quickly. The install bolt heads had a ridge on them that was catching on the side of the rollers and causing a loud snap as the door was being raised. He replaced the bolts with rounded heads and the problem was gone. BTW, I called in the AM, got the visit by 2PM the same day and that's pretty darn good response to a customer.

Sunday DIY project resulted in a wracked door and a tension spring needing repair. It was business as usual for these folks. My technician (Michael?) called to ask if it was okay to come an hour early!! Professional, friendly and thorough. he went the extra mile ...even adjusted the belt in the garage door opener. The job was finished quickly and cleanly. I will definitely recommend Precision. Thank you so much

Every thing about this transaction went smoothly, from the initial contact to inquire about service, to setting the appointment, and the coordinated, timely arrival of the technician, Kody Hohman at the appointed time. After inspecting the system, Kody quickly diagnosed the situation, taking the time to explain the cause of the problem, and his solution. Garage door wouldn't open, so I called for service. Ryan showed up 15 minutes early (a good thing) and spent time looking over the door and opener for the problem. After a good review, he gave me several options and I chose a new opener and rail. Ryan installed the new opener and adjusted the door to make sure it closed perfectly. Now I can barely hear it opening and closing! Ryan did a great job and I'll definitely call again if I need anything. I'll also refer my friends and tell them about your excellent customer service.
