The tech arrived on time even text to let us When he’d be here. He changed out the keypad and inspected the garage door opener and sprayed all the parts. He was very informative taking the time to answer all my questions.

I inspected the work done by the service technician as well as spoke to my rental tenant and I was satisfied with the work done on the garage door. My tenant informed me that he was watching the technician perform the work on the door and had to suggest and politely pointed out that the technician needed to finish the door in a professional manner so that the work was not left half undone. As I stated before, I was satisfied with the overall job of repairing the garage door, but I was unhappy that the technician who was in the process of performing less than professional workmanship on the repairs. We had George install new safety electric eyes. He did assessment of out 17-year-old Liftmaster and said it was likely to fail given its age, the spring likely to fail given its age -- but did not try to create some panic to get us to replace in anticipation of a problem. He did adjust the sensor so the door would open without holding the up switch. Back in business at $150. Not cheap as DIY, but when the unit fails, I will call these folks.

Mark McKinnon, the estimator, came when I called, and did a through job of explaining my options for a new door.
