I chose your company from the website. I called to see if an appointment today was possible. The spring(s) in our door were broken and the car was in the garage. Without the springs the door was too heavy to manually open. Wes was the tech assigned to us. He called and arrived before the scheduled time. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He checked the door, springs, rollers, etc. He also replaced the weather strip on the bottom of the door. We are very pleased with the service and work. This is the second time in approximately a year I have needed their services. Both times, they came out the same day I called them. A co worker needed service on her garage door recently, and other companies were telling her it would be days until they got to her. ( her car was in the garage and the door wouldn't go up). I had her call Precision door, and they were there in a matter of hours and fixed the problem.
