This is the second house I have had Precision replace the opener, springs, etc. and was pleased with the service and quality both times! I would and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I was familiar with Precision’s excellent reputation in my area. However, I wanted to compare them to others and also obtain other quotes. The outstanding choice became obvious once I had all the information. Precision came over, reviewed their recommendations and pricing with me and were immediately available to do the work. Reggie was my technician and he couldn’t have been more professional, more qualified, or more delightful to work with!! So glad I chose Precision and had Reggie’s help with getting my door fixed! I enthusiastically recommend Precision Door and ask for Reggie!!

Precision Garage Door is always available when you need someone to come out to service your needs. That is why we continue to call them. The technician who helped us was Wesley Texas. He was fantastic. He assessed our issue, explained all options, gave great suggestions and was very thorough. I give Precision at 15 out of 10 rating! Thanks for your help.

We have a very old garage door and motor and I had a maintenance to keep it running longer after it failed last year. Precision Garage Door was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable technician and the job was done in 1/2 hour. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. When the time comes for a new door and motor we will be calling Precision Garage Door.

I've always seen your trucks around town and have never had a need for my garage to be repaired in the past, until this morning when i realized the springs had broken. I called before operating hours it was answered immediately and an appointment time was set. Within 1.5 hrs of my call the door was replaced by your service tech Alan Harp who walked me through the issues, replaced the springs and reset everything as needed. I highly recommend Precision Door for their professionalism and quick response.

I called Precision Door Service first time because my door will not open. Michael Gavanditti responded. He is very informative and went an extra mile to explain how my garage doors work and how to use different buttons to enable or disable door functions. Simply based on his very positive attitude, I will refer him to anyone who wants a good garage door service done. For sure, my issue was solved. Due to heavy load, the switch was tripped so door couldn't open.

I called at 1357 spoke to Tori she was so sweet asked all the questions and was able to set up an appointment for me the same day she told me my appointment was from 1600 to 1800. I received a call from my technician Reggie asking me if he could come earlier then the appointment time and he showed up at 1448. Was able to resolve my problem with my garage door within minutes! I was impressed! I will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you!

Had an emergency when the garage door spring broke and they were there within 2 hours. Fortunately, I had the extended lifetime warranty and they were in and out for under $75. They are my Go TO garage service company for LIFE

My first contact on the phone was pleasant and arranged to have our garage door serviced the next day! Quite an unusual thing these days! Dalton came on time (actually early) and gave us all the options. He was knowledgable which made our decision much easier!

They are the only Garage Door Service I will use! I couldn't be happier with the two service techs that fixed my garage door today. They were kind, respectful, ahead of schedule, called for permission and worked together. They explained the estimate, waived the service call fee, upsold to a better replacement package with a 5 year warrantee. And finished the job in record time!

I am very happy with the whole process of getting my new garage door from the estimate to the install. Door came in earlier than expected, installer called and came earlier than scheduled and the install went like clockwork.

I blindly chose a garage door company, and I am glad I chose Precision. Nate was not only knowledgeable and professional, he educated me on my garage door and what to look out for. Most importantly, he implemented covid-29 precautions without being asked. Nate is awesome.

I am a property manager and Precision Door is a great choice to service a broken garage door and warranty their work, however I had a bad experience with the replacement of a garage door opener. The technician engaged in upselling my tenant. I will not be sending any new business to this company because of the upsell. The technician also took 4 hrs instead of his estimated 1 hr to install, which by itself is not a problem, but after 4hrs it was 11pm and he called my cell to wake me up for payment, instead of having his office call in the morning or invoice my property management company.

I tried researching to the best of my ability to find the best quality. When I compared Precision to the other companies it seemed like The Best decision. An easy decision. Now that I have my door, I absolutely love it. It is sooooo much quieter than the builder quality door that it replaced. The Techs were great, super professional and thoughtful. I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I am a previous customer having had the same (broken door springs) issue on another door a couple years ago. Precision was prompt and courteous and my repair technician Reggie replaced all four springs on my large 18' door in about an hour with no issues.
