Jeremy called and stated that he was ahead of schedule and asked if an earlier time was acceptable. He arrived at the earlier time as agreed. He was completely prepared with all equipment and tools necessary to complete the job. He explained the differences in my existing door and the new one, he answered all my questions and explained all functions as they related to the new garage door and its operation. He did an EXCELLENT job!!

1st of all I liked that you don't charge extra for Saturday service calls. Billy McCarthy was our tech very nice man came on Saturday saw right away what problem was but he didn't have parts on his truck to do repair he said he could go back to the shop and get what he needed I thought that was great for him to offer but it was late in the day and I didn't need the garage over the weekend. He came back Monday morning had everything replaced in about an hour. I would recommend you folks to friends of mine you definitely get 5 stars for your service. Oh I chose your company because you were listed first when I googled garage door companies plus very good reviews and coming on the weekend for no extra charge.

Wife accidentally backed up on door, door jammed, trapped car inside on a very unusually cold winter week in North Florida. Called in for work order, Precision tried to send someone the soonest which was the next day. This is our first time to be serviced by Precision and we believe we are going to stay with these guys for future needs. Great job, great service, fair price. Precision is now bookmarked in our computer and now becomes a part of our Home Maintenance File. Thanks to Billy McCarthy!

I had a spring break late on a Saturday before New Years and had a technician at my house within 2 hours to complete all the work. Called on the morning of 12/28/17 to make appt for new garage door opener installed and I was shocked to hear they would be out in the afternoon. Received email with confirmation. When Jeremiah arrived he explained everything in detail and went directly to work. He stated it would take him about 1 hour, that was amazing he was correct. Called in for service at 7:15 a.m. and the tech (Jose) was at my house in approximately one hour. When I called for service I got to speak with a person immediately, not some machine that had me pushing buttons for ten minutes. Great tech, explained all options, replaced broken springs and a few other worn parts, adjusted door and door opener. Cleaned up when finished, you would never know he was here. Will certainly call Precision again if I have a garage door problem or when I'm ready for a new garage door. I highly recommend them.
