We have used Precision in the past and were very pleased with their work. A bracket from the original door installation snapped, causing the springs to release and the garage door to free fall closed. Precision got a repairman out here in a few hours and he fixed everything back to like-new. Well done!

This is the second time we have used Precision and were very satisfied once again. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and suggested the repair needed. He had the necessary parts with him, replaced them and explained everything he did. He also took the time to check over the rest of our system and lubricated the spring and wheels. We had a spring break on our door, and I contacted Precision for a service call. I was given a same-day appointment, even though I didn't call until late morning. Reggie arrived ahead of my appointment time, called prior to arrival, and was the ultimate professional and got the job completed ahead of his estimated time. He explained what he had repaired, let me know what I should do to ensure optimal door performance, and delivered all this with a smile! He was personable and efficient in his work. I like the fact they have been in business since 1999. The f that performed the repair (Cole) was very knowledgeable. When our garage door was opening, it hit a block of wood that we had leaned up against something & it threw it off track & one of the track supports came loose from the ceiljng. Also our remote door opener did not work unless you were 2 feet in front of the garage door, Cole fixed that as well. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with a problem with their garage door.

Don’t make the mistake and call anyone else but these guys! I happened to come across them and they responded immediately, came out right away. They repaired the problem right away and while here went over everything else to make sure there were no other issues at no charge and were extremely fair with the charge. Hayden was amazing, very knowledgeable and personable. I cannot say enough but don’t use anyone else for your your door repairs.
