I called to have our garage door spring replaced and thankfully a technician was able to come out the next day! Wesley arrived early and was so professional and informative. He pointed out a few other issues that our garage door had outside of the broken spring and explained all of the options to me on what can be done to fix the problems. He took the time to speak with my husband on the phone to explain the options as well! Once we came to a decision, he started working on the garage door and had it fixed in about an hour. He also assisted me in changing my code and syncing the garage with the button in my car. I cannot say enough good things about our experience!

What great friendly service from Wesley the tech! I called to have my springs replaced on a SATURDAY and Precision came the same day and unbelievably amazing they called and were able to make it an hour earlier than their appointment which I very much appreciated. He also checked all door components to make sure they were working correctly and lubricated everything. I would definitely recommend Precision and I will be using them for many future needs.

This has to be 1 of the easiest repairs we have had done on this home. We had our 2 springs replaced. I say easiest because of the Technician: Wesley Texas. He was the most informative and hard working guy. You can tell this guy loves his job. I wish all workers had his attitude. He did an excellent job and when he was done, asked if we had any questions. He showed us how to work our Main Remote on the wall. We have been here 3 years & didn't know half the stuff he showed us. Wow! Also, the price was very good as we have had springs replaced before. You guys were out in less than 24 hours. We will recommend you to everyone. We found your company 2 ways. 1 was from your Mailer. The other was a site called Nextdoor. This is where people comment on the service they have received, all of it was good!
