My parents had dropped their opener to my garage and it malfunctioned. They called Precision because they had great success with them installing a new spring, motor, and remote. Their system was 30 years old and came when the house was built. Wes, from Precison, came over and was terrific. We got new remotes that he keyed to the system. He also, without being asked, repared a piece of equipment and lubricated the door rollers at no charge. I see now why my parents have used Precision. Excellent service. Will always recommend them.

On a scale of 1-10 I give Wes (MY TECHNICIAN) and I mean nobody else's technician a 1,000,000! Extremely professional and definitely an expert in the field. He took the time to explain things to me and on my level so I could comprehend the material which was a plus!! We discussed everything from family to preventive maintenance concerning my garage. Very proficient in his work and timely. I want no one else touching my garage (including myself)! Huge asset to your company!! From man to man ( including woman) it is a must that you call Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville; you will not be sorry!! PRICED RIGHT!!!!!! OH DID I MENTIONED IT WAS PRICED RIGHT!!!! I was disappointed in the warranty. I needed the paper warranty although I was in their system for purchasing a garage door opener. They claimed that it may have been a previous owner of the home. I told the guy we built the home and I could show him documents but they still charged me $640 to fix my garage door. The repair guy didn't like me questioning him about the warranty. I was uncomfortable having to pay for something that was suppose to have a lifetime warranty.

Can not say enough good things about our experience with Precision. Our installer was quite enthusiastic about his job and explaining the safety concerns with our heavy garage door. We were only interested in a door opener until we were educated how our door installer (6 years ago) had left us with a disaster in the way his door was installed. Thank goodness for our Precision installer having the conscience to show us our condition and help us decide what direction to take. These heavy, ours is steel and insulated, can be lethal if a over burdened part breaks. In our case the springs were undersized hence the demise of our previous door opener. Our installer speaks well for Precision code of conduct for customer satisfaction. This company will be in business for years to come.

I had an awesome experience today. the service person that came today was so professional. knowledgable and courteous that I decided to only use Precision Door Service and to recommend the service to neighbors and friends. The worker took time and was extremely patient when explaining what he was doing and how the garage door worked. I saw the Precision ad in the Mint Magazine. When I researched on YOUTUBE, I saw a presentation by a Representative and was quite impressed that the company seemed professional and legitimate. I made an appt and the technician arrived timely and explained what was needed to convert the garage equipment to today's code. He completed the work, went over the warranty, and demonstrated how to keep the everything in good working condition.
