We had used Precision in the past and always had great service and good advice on products and needed service. Our door wasn't operating properly (gaps on one side and making noise when opening and closing). I called precision at 1:00 and was advised they would be there between 2:00 and 4:00 same day. I got a call saying when they would be there at 3:00. The service by the Precision team was perfect. They made adjustmenst, lubricated all that need it and were done promptly all at a very reasonable price. Thanks Precision.

Super impressed! I called around 330pm for an appointment. By 400pm the techs were at my house and by 445pm the service was done and the garage is working great! Super impressed with their turnaround time and their professionalism. The techs were amazing!

Outstanding, timely and very professional service. The technician performed a pre-inspection of my garage door and all working parts. Before starting any work, he made suggested recommendations, explained each in detailed and cost, which I appreciated. Finally, he and his helper performed the work in a timely manner. I was told by another garage door sales/repair company that if we had a hurricane my door would cave in and also that there was no way to make it quieter. Precision came out and to give me an estimate on a new door and he told me I didn’t need a door, it is hurricane compliant to 130mph and suggested I have them come out do some work on the door which would make it quieter, which I did, and for $800 its a much different door and it saved me $2000+. Doesn’t get better than that!

First contact with another company showed after a week and person could not do repair. Was told that he and his senior repair person would show the next day. He did show but the senior repair person did not. Job was not completed. Called Precision that same afternoon and was given an appointment for the next morning. Repairman showed up early the next day and completed the repair in less than an hour. Nice, friendly guy and quite knowledgeable about the door and suggested areas for me to consider repair in the future. Did not try and sell me the parts or service. Just made recommendations. Will use this company in future.

Both of the Techs were very polite and explained the work done and about our new garage door opener with a backup battery. They made repairs to the garage door and replaced all the rollers. Very happy with the service.

We are beyond happy with our decision of using Precision Door to replace our garage opener and install modern remotes/keypads. Tim Van Vuren (and team) did a fantastic job and were extremely kind and professional. He explained what work he was doing and alerted us, for approval, of the extra work that was needed to hang the new opener.
