Very quick response to my service call (same day). Technicians were able to effectively explain the problem and offered options and solutions. Work was completed in a couple of hours. Good clean up, I never knew they had worked in my garage. My garage door has worked without problem for several days since the repair. Good job, quick in and out, and effective clean up. If this is what you want use Precision.

When my ten year old garage door opener started being unreliable, I went on NextDoor to ask for recommended contractors. 90% of the recommendations were for Precision and I am so glad I listened to the reviewers. Making the appointment was so easy - scheduled for next day at a time of my choosing. My tech, Tim VanVuren, was great. He texted me when he was on his way, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant - great style. He was candid in his appraisal of the ways to address the problem. I replaced the dying unit with a Genie Pro 3120 and also replaced virtually all of the other hardware, cables, rollers, etc. The new opener works great and is unbelievably quiet. My experience with Precision from start to finish was definitely 5 Star!

Precision Garage Door came to the rescue – pronto! Technician Tim arrived at my door within an hour of my phone call. He confirmed the need for a torsion conversion and explained repair options that would prevent a failure and significantly lower the noise level of open/close functions. Within an hour, the door was repaired and is now a smooth operator!

My garage door was broken when I tried to leave for church on a Sunday morning. The main spring was in two pieces. The hurricane door is too heavy to be lifted. I was very pleased to find a service that a person answered on a Sunday morning and was able to give me an appointment on the next day even though it was not an emergency situation. The technicians, Tim and Brian, were professional, informative and very careful as they maneuvered around two vehicles in the garage to repair the door. They answered all of our questions and did their job in a timely manner. They gave choices of what quality of materials I wanted to replace and the warranty of them. I chose a package deal for bearings & rollers to go with the main spring replacement due to the age of the parts. I have peace of mind that the door will function well for a long time. Thank You Precision for being there for us and doing the job so well.
