The team was knowledgeable and efficient. They even saved my old unit in case I could resell parts/the unit. I heard a beeping the day after and thought it was a malfunction in the new unit. Turns out, my old unit’s battery was beeping after being disconnected. They came out and checked everything out anyway at no extra charge.

My 2 car wide garage door wedged in the tracks as it was closing. Turned out to be a broken steel cable. I called Precision asking for quick service at 9AM ... at 10 AM the tech (Tim Van Vuren) arrived and by 11 AM had done a GOLD PACKAGE HIGH CYCLE repair and 10 year warranty update to my 12 year old Garage door. Tim was efficient, highly skilled, courteous, professional, etc. As a retired field service technician, I recognized how really great Tim was. Everything he did was perfect. I could not be happier. Note: It was important to me that the door would reliably function as I am looking at having a health issue repaired and my wife would be depending on the garage door opening and closing reliably. Precision's technician (Tim) arrived to do an inspection and maintenance on the garage door. He was on time and professional. The house I bought is 12 years old and I was concerned about whether or not any maintenance had been done since built. He checked the door, keypad, and switches and made suggestions to cover my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions and pointed out what I can do to maintain good operation. Tim and Mark called ahead and asked if they could come earlier, since I was home, no problem. I explained the situation and of course the opener worked flawlessly. So, since they were there I asked them to replace the rollers, over 20 years old, and the door seal. While fixing those the garage door malfunctioned and they were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything and rechecked the operation. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and work ethic.
