Rating is a 5 Tim explained clearly what he was doing and the cost involved. 2 Springs, Rollers, Bearing and End Plates were replaced. Door now is very quiet when in use!

Tim Van Vuren did a great job fixing my Opener problems. He put a new receiver and new remotes and saved me a couple a hundred dollars. There's others things wrong with the door that I couldn't afford to fix at this minute, but when I do take care of those problems a will call Precision.

I will never use this company again. I was not able to be at home for the service tech so my adult daughter took my place. The tech was rude, argumentative and insulting. I assumed my parts were under warranty from 2 yrs ago. Don’t believe it. The tech said everything needed to be replaced. This was done 2 yrs ago.

Old (2006-lift master door opener) pretty much dead. Belt was stripped out. Tech (Tim Van Vuren) recommended; LM 8850W Belt Drive opener, LM 7' Belt Rail, LM 485 Battery, LM 877 Max Keypad & LM 893 Max Remote. I've been a past customer and will definitely continue when needed in the future. The work and price were fair. The Tech's are always profession, on-time, complete their work efficiently & explain thoroughly what they've done. The teach was gracious enough to reconnect my old single door opener to the new outside keypad as well as make sure my car opener controls accessed the new and old opener. Great work!
