I highly recommend Precision Door Service! My opener went out and I called for an appointment at 8:30am and someone was at the front door at 9:45am. The total time for installation and repairs for a complete opener and rollers was about an hour! The new unit is super quiet! Very satisfied with the quality of the new unit! And no worries about having to leave the door open waiting for a repair since they came out right away.

Spring broke on my garage door so I called Precision based on reviews. Only negative of the service was a 24 hour wait for service. Would be a problem for someone who is unable to lift their door manually. My garage door and all parts were 20 years old so I have been anticipating an issue for some time. Technician Mike Danforth arrived at the scheduled time and provided two quotes. One to repair the spring and another to replace all parts and motor. I opted for the full repair knowing that other 20 year old parts were on borrowed time. Mike finished the job in short order and all functions (much quieter) are working fine. If all Precision’s employees are as courteous, professional and efficient as Mike then I have no problem recommending them for your garage door needs.

Bad experience with the first tech that came out to fix our garage door his name is Mike Danforth needs to get better people skills he left without checking his work which left an inch gap on the outside door was not flush when it was closed very poor job sloppy very unprofessional after my wife and I paying a $800 bill. We were very upset , We Called precision garage door repair because of all the reviews I saw four or five stars very disappointed when Mike Danforth left our house ! We contacted your office and they scheduled Jeremiah Phillips to come out to our residence , he was very courteous fixed all the issue and had me come and look at the work he did inside and out of the garage to be sure we were completely satisfied, did an excellent job in Fixin the issues with the garage door I would definitely recommend Jeremiah Philips to anyone in need of door repair very polite knowledgeable tech he fixed all issues with the door in a matter of approximately 20 minutes you guys should definitely hang on to this technician is good with customers and he knows his job thanks Jeremiah job well done .

Thank you to Mike Danforth for his excellent service on my Garage Door repair. My door was 20 years old and was making a horrible screeching noise when opening and closing. Mike inspected it and explained the different options for repair. My garage door opener was also 20 years old and had already been repaired once by a different company, but was very noisy. I had Mike install a new garage door opener during the service call. It is whisper quiet! What a difference the garage door repair and new garage door opener made! I am extremely pleased! I would highly recommend your company. Also, I called at about 9:30 AM and received an noon appointment for the same day. Also, Mike explained what he replaced during the service call and showed me where to lubricate the hinges once a year.

I would give a negative star if I could. I was at work so my wife had to deal with the technician. After 10 minutes of looking at my garage he comes to the door and says "nothing we can do but replace the springs and opener" quotes us 1200 dollars. I told my wife to pay the service fee and send him on his way. Called another company out and it was a $80 fix! It was just wiring to the sensors. Basically I lost $50 to your company for trying to take advantage of a customer.

I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. They need to change this policy

The seal at the bottom of the garage door had come apart some time ago. We had seen one of your trucks in the area so we called to have you do the job. We were pleased to get an appointment quickly. The workman called to confirm the arrival time. He went right to work and also made sure to lubricate everything and inspect the entire unit.
