Mike Danforth arrived ahead of time and quickly sized up the issue -- frayed cables and a broken spring. We ended up replacing springs, cables and rollers on two of the doors, which he accomplished quickly and efficiently even while waiting on a resupply of some of the needed material. Not cheap, but I wasn't surprised. Mike is personable, polite and knows his business. Very satisfied with his service.

Over the weekend I manually open my garage door and and noticed that there was resistance. I forced the door upward causing a roller to pop out. The garage door has been working fine up to the is point. I called you guys to come out and put the door back on the tracks and redo the tension. Also I wanted to purchase a garage door opener, and have the up and down limit adjusted. I received a quote for $500.00. I inspected the cables on the garage door and can take pictures of them to show there is no damage present. So I asked why where replacing the springs and they are not a problem. I’ve done this may time around 4, over the 15 years I have own the house. You have never been quoted this much. When I told the tech to call the office to explain my concerns he left and did not return.

When our garage door opener stopped working someone recommended Precision so I called and Mike came by the next day. He said that my opener was too old to get parts for. He gave me different options and explain each one. I chose the one I wanted and he said he could do it now. In less than two hours he was finish. He explained everything to me and the door has been working find. Mike was a very nice and polite young man.

Mike called me to say he could meet me earlier than our original appointment time which worked out great. Mike was very professional, he explained in detail what services needed to be done to fix the operation of the door. This is the second time that I have used Percision and I've been very pleased both times. On todays call I was pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment. In fact Mike Danforth was an hour earlier that the specified time of between 2:00 and 4:00. He worked fast and efficient and I was very please with the cost. Our technician, Mike, was precisely on time, quite personable, as well as informative. The company makes sure the techs have everything on the truck, so no running out for the item needed. We discussed the process, Mike offered solutions to our problem, we selected the solution and he installed the product. I had an emergency with my garage door falling off its tracks back in August 2011. Precision responded immediately and came out and repaired my door. It really saved the day at that time. Keeping that timely response in mind, I contacted Precision to replace broken rollers on my 34 year old door. Upon arrival it was discovered that main door spring was also broken. Received complete over haul to include;new spring system, new rollers, new opener/remotes, and a ton of alignments and much needed safety checks. The technician was fantastic and very professional. He's a KEEPER. Thank you for such great service. I will refer your firm to anyone in need of garage door service/maintenance. I am very happy with my servicing.

I had used Precision several years ago to have my metal garage door rollers/wheels replaced with nylon rollers/wheels. They served me well however we started seeing signs of age (12 year old door) so made an appointment for an evaluation. We were once again impressed with the process of making an appointment and the prompt arrival of our technician to perform the evaluation. Due to the evaluation and recommendations of our technician Mike Danforth we decided to have our system upgraded and renewed with added features we did not have before. We are extremely pleased with the professional appearance - demeanor - and performance skills of Mike Danforth. We will highly recommend Precision to our family & friends. *our entire system was upgraded - everything was replaced - and the garage door completely repaired/renovated.

So the reason for my 2 star rating is because I was in a desperate need. I needed a hinge replaced. When I inquired the receptionist said it would be $25 for a hinge and my service call would be waived if service was done. I removed the old hinge myself but couldn’t put a new one on. So when the young man got here he assed the situation and said I needed a whole new door. WHAT!!! I explained my job situation due to the COVID19 and I just needed to get buy for right now. No money for a whole new door. He said no way to put on new hinge. I asked if he could just put on the old hinge he said NO. I needed a hero right then. Not a $1000 bill. I called a friend who was able to send someone to fix the situation. Lubricate it and align it. All for a couple dollars. It’s as good as new. I will never refer or suggest Pricision. So sad in a time of need.

Mike came out and gave me a full explanation of what was needed, what my options were for the repair, with associated costs and expected time frames.
