Michael G. did a wonderful job! Our spring broke and they were able to send a technician out within 2 hours. He was very well informed and professional. Also, incredibly mindful to the current Covid19 concerns, he wiped down all the surfaces he touched with a lysol wipe and maintained a proper distance. I placed a call at 1130am Wednesday morning to Precision Doors because my garage door stopped working completely. They scheduled me the same day between 2:00pm-4:00pm and at 1:30pm I received a call from the technician Michael asking if he could arrive early which was great. He was professional in every aspect and quickly identified and corrected the problem. In addition he went over the entire system and made several adjustments and noticed a cracked hinge which I elected to have him replace, at a fair price. Every aspect of this scenario was efficient and well organized. Lastly, Michael stated how much he enjoyed working for this company because they treat their employees so good. This is a rare statement in todays world. This company is professional and runs like a well oiled machine!

Precision was prompt and repaired the door in about 20 minutes. The company initially installed the door in Dec 2016 and removed the old door (and hauled it away) that was 45 yrs old). If you need a new door or repairs on an existing door call Precision. The company is professional and reasonably priced.
