This is the second time I’ve had Precision do work on my door and all I can say is do not search any farther, you found the right company. KB was prompt, polite, and performed the work confidently and quickly. I couldn’t budge my door and he lifted it like the hulk! I gave you 5 stars on google but then I saw my invoice and I gave a check in full but the invoice does not state that is shows a full balance and also I did not get the senior citizen discount that I got last year as I am 77 years old. So you overcharged me and I am not happy about that as your tech was here only 15 minutes and just had to reset the motor and lubricate the system should not have been $142,98 sorry your tech did me wrong.

We had noticed that our garage control box was failing, from time to time, to open the garage door. (The wireless controller in the car was always working.) 1. We called, and the technician came out. He seemed to do a good overall review. He found a poorly connected wire attached to the back of motor assemble. Unfortunately, he never saw a real failure while he was here. But, it looked like maybe he had fixed it. 2. Within a very few days, we had some more of the same failures (although they were not quite as often as before). 3. So, we called again, and he came out. He had concluded that the problem was in the motor assembly itself, and he said that the only solution was to replace it with a new motor system. So, we had him do that. So far, we have had no more problems since he installed the new assembly. We do also note that the overall noise does seem to be a bit less noisy.

Jason figured out the problem (29 year old motor died). Was able to install new motor and drive belt in about 1-1/2 hours! He even programmed our car remote and set up the Aladdin control on my phone.
