We chose Precision based on the ratings and testimonies of other customers. We called at 10:00 am to have our broken garage door springs replaced and we had a technician at our house at 12 noon. Replaced both springs at my request and the job was completed prior to 1:00pm. Phillips Jeremiah was our service technician. He was pleasant, respectful and very efficient. We received a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival that he would be here at noon and he was right on time. Additionally the cost to perform the spring replacement was extremely reasonable. When choosing Precision you can feel confident that the job will be well done. I give Precision a 5 Star rating. They are the very Best of the Best.

These guys are the greatest! They came out the same day we called, fixed the problem (not a big one) promptly and were more than fair on the price. We've had this door for 5 or 6 years and this is the first service call we have had to make. I would recommend them highly.

I called in the morning and my door was fixed by the afternoon. Jeremiah called to ask if he could come earlier than he was scheduled. He was able to fix it right on the spot and was super friendly . I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for fast excellent service. It was also less expensive than the a few other quotes I received when checking around for prices. .

Our garage door opener stopped working. The door would only go up about a foot and then stop. Called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. That was great. The problem was a broken spring or something like that. Since the original opener was of a different brand they couldn’t fix the broken spring but then could replace it. So they replaced the spring mechanism and it works better then ever. Super smooth. Took them about 45 minutes to do the work. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 was that I felt it was a bit expensive for what was done. It cost $450. Overall I am happy that they came out quickly and fixed it quickly and did a good job but wish it was not so expensive.

We had A real emergency .. garage door was stuck and looks broken last night! Did not work at all! Our neighbor recommended your company! We called in the mourning and Jeremiah Phillips arrived before noon today !! Jeremiah is very pleasant abs very professional gentleman! He fixed the door and recommended some upgrade as well. We have a very old garage door and motor and I had a maintenance to keep it running longer after it failed last year. Precision Garage Door was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable technician and the job was done in 1/2 hour. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
