I’m a customer for life. About six months ago they replace the broken door lift springs and worn out rollers. Today they replaced a failing door opener. They offered same day service for both repairs, we declined. However both times they were there the first thing the next day. Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, completed the task quickly and did a good cleanup. The price was reasonable and the products are well made. When I bought the house the door had a couple of dings in it. When I decide to replace it I know who to call.

This is the second time in approximately a year I have needed their services. Both times, they came out the same day I called them. A co worker needed service on her garage door recently, and other companies were telling her it would be days until they got to her. ( her car was in the garage and the door wouldn't go up). I had her call Precision door, and they were there in a matter of hours and fixed the problem.

Technician could not duplicate the problem while here. He gave me a couple of points to watch for to make his diagnosis easier next time. You have replaced just about everything on the garage door, except the door itself, which is in good condition, so I was a little set back when I had to pay a $49 service charge.

Unable to contact my previous overhead business. As a result, checked names on computer and found Precision Door had excellent rating. Appointment made on 2/25/2020 @ 10:45 and received service same day @ 3:45. The representative knew exactly what to do. Changed a hinge that was broken, put roller back in frame and was on his way. Very pleased and will use this business in the future.

We had George install new safety electric eyes. He did assessment of out 17-year-old Liftmaster and said it was likely to fail given its age, the spring likely to fail given its age -- but did not try to create some panic to get us to replace in anticipation of a problem. He did adjust the sensor so the door would open without holding the up switch. Back in business at $150. Not cheap as DIY, but when the unit fails, I will call these folks.

Thank you for your professional service. I chose you because you offered same day service and were able to get to my location close to the time advertised. Your technician George was very polite and did his best to resolve my issues. It is unfortunate that my craftsman garage door opener‘s or not A brand that you can repair. I felt the house visit cost to $49 was fair given what was done. I’ll certainly keep you in mind if I choose to completely replace an otherwise working opener that has a hiccup in the logic board.

Garage door wouldn't open on a Friday night. Remembered seeing ads for Precision Door Service for service 24/7, and we needed someone Saturday. Went online, did "chat" online, and scheduled appt for next day. Service tech, George, called first, then was able to come sooner than promised. Introduced himself, and we left him to check things out. He came back, explained our options and the prices. We decided, and he went ahead with the work. Was finished in about 2 hours, as he said. Cleaned up everything, we paid and had all the paperwork sent to our email. We couldn't have asked for any better service!!
