My garage door would not open so I looked online for someone to repair it. I found Precision has a 5-star rating so I gave them a call. To my pleasant surprise they scheduled an appointment that same day in the late afternoon. An hour or so later I received a call from the Tech asking if he could come earlier. George arrived soon afterward. I explained the symptoms (the door was down but was trying to close, rather than open) and what I had done prior to calling Precision. He began to immediately examine the opener. After about 10-15 minutes, he called me into the garage and explained what he had found and what he had done to correct it. He had made one major adjustment and then lubricated all the hinges and rollers. This vastly improved the operation of the door over how it worked before it quit working earlier that day. Since there were no parts to be replaced, George charged me for only the service call. This kind of service checks all the boxes: fast response to my call, quickly correcting the problem, and a very reasonable cost. Thanks Precision! I'll keep your number handy for when I need any other service to my garage door.

My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night. Could not open the door the next morning. Needed to get the cars out to go to work. Called Precision at 8 am. The technician George was here by 9:30, and replaced the spring, everything done by 10 am. Great service and reasonable price! 5 stars.

I have used Precision before for garage door work. They are honest knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. I thought my garage door may of been out of balance, so I call Precision, and the next day George came out, and checked everything out. While he was hear I had him replace my rubber bottom molding because after 27 years it had shorten quite a bit, allowing unwanted rodents into my garage. George completed the job in about 30 minutes. I will call Precision in the future if I have any more issues with the garage door. Thank you Precision !!

I feel extremely fortunate to have come across this company while searching for garage door repair service. The ease of setting up the appointment - despite it being late in the evening - and the next-day availability was unexpected, though I suppose it shouldn't have been because it was just as it is advertised. The tech, George, arrived on time, was very thorough in explaining what could have caused the issue, options for repair, and recommended maintenance routine going forward. He did not try to oversell any services and no extra add-ons for the repair. All in all, what I thought was going to be a hassle and costly turned out to be a breeze and fairly priced. TRUST ME; they’re it’s only a little cheaper doing it yourself. I paid $ 125 for a replacement motor at HD. They fixed my old motor for $ 165 and with less aggravation than trying to do it yourself!

I’ve had a large double wide garage door with an older lift motor that I’ve needed to replace for a couple years. I called Precision and that very day their technician, George, came out and installed me a new, state-of-the-art garage door lift and serviced my old door as well with new rollers, etc. He came and from start to finish was about 1.5 hours and George was about as efficient and professional as anyone you could every hope for. I will be using Precision from this day forward.
