Connor Brooks is absolutely a most professional, efficient, trustworthy, cordial, no-pressure, quality customer-service Technician!!! After replacing our 30+ year-old Genie, he did point out some parts were still operable but should think about replacing in time. Asking what he would recommend if it were HIS PARENTS' house, he did rank the most crucial issues planning to leave estimates for our review and consideration. Finally, we literally insisted he just do what needed doing. After Connor's review and price quotes, all crucial concerns were addressed and completed. Kudos to Precision for their safety nets by texting a photo of the technician and assuring he will be driving a well-marked Precision vehicle. My 10 year old garage door opener crapped out at 6:30 PM on Monday night. I called Precision Garage Doors and spoke to the after hours gal, who booked an appt for us at 10 AM this morning. Connor called at 9:30 AM to let me know he was in the way and would arrive as scheduled. He took his time to explain what was the problem, and that we were likely looking at a new system. He had all the necessary parts in his truck for 2 systems, and when presented with the options , we chose a newer more powerful motor which came with a lifetime warranty. Connor was very knowledgeable and friendly, the prices, while more than I wanted to spend seems fair. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your needs!

We were having trouble with the keypad for our garage door. Our Technician, Connor Brooks quickly analyzed the problem and recommended that we replace the key pad. He first had tried to replace the 9 volt battery with no success. I was very impressed with Connor's knowledge of the garage door system He is a very personable and a professional young man.
