On Sunday my wife and I were going out for breakfast and the double car garage door spring broke. The broken spring locked us in with both of our cars. I called PrecisionDoor Service and was given an appointment for Monday with a Tech at 10:00am. Chad was on time for the appointment and had the tools and parts on hand and did a great job restoring our door. Chad was a gentleman throughout the time working on the door. Precision served us well with Chad on the case and we appreciated getting back on board to using out opener. Thanks Chad!

After calling other garage door services, I chose Precision. Their prices were in line with the others I spoke to but I chose them because of the professionalism, my installer suggested several options and he was able to install the opener right then. I like the fact he had on a shirt with the company logo on it and his company truck that was equipped with everything needed to install opener. (We can’t be too careful these days!). I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door servicing. ????

Our garage door opener broke so we called Precision Garage Door. They scheduled a service call for us within 2 hours. The technician called about 10 minutes later and offered to come early and was here within 20 minutes. He installed a new opener quickly and programmed everything for us. We would definitely call them again if and when our other door opener fails.

I would call Precision again and recommend them for any Garage Door service.

I am very impressed by the speed in which they set my appointment. I appreciated my technician Chad M. He was on time and fixed my opener in record time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked smoothly. He even checked my coded opener outside the door and my car remote. I would highly recommend this technician and company.
