Elected not to use Precision as I felt bait-n-switched and then price gouged! Your tech quoted me nearly $550 for a garage door opener you can purchase anywhere for a $150. He then quoted another $300 plus for installation for a grand total of roughly $850!! Most garage door companies have a standard cost for installation of an opener/tune up and most of them are around $100. I got everything fixed for $250 which is what this job should have cost. I think your tech saw my home and neighborhood and thought I could afford to pay more.

The prices that you are stating do not match the estimate that we provided to you. The installation and all cost for the completion of the job are included in the estimate that was provided to you as you. We have been in business for many years and serve over 10,000 customers locally per year, and I can assure you that our pricing is consistent and competitive to the local market. Our pricing is set based upon the current material and labor cost and has nothing to do with the neighborhood or home that you live in. Very dissatisfied customer. I ordered True White doors and what was installed was grey doors. I raise this issue immediately following the install and was told the grey is white. Waiting for this to be made right...

Mr. Menendez, As soon as this was brought to our attention, we stopped what we were doing and had a technician return back to your home immediatley. The new door that was installed was in fact True White. Your home has a grey trim painted around the door that is reflecting a shadow on the door. The paint color on the door is a very bright white color. Since then you decided to change the window design that was choosen and installed on your door and I believe that we have already made the changes for you. Jeff was knowledgable, competent and friendly. Same day service and on time as estimated. Explained my options and answered all my questions. Will definitely use Precision again and would recommend to anyone.
