Frank and his assistant worked all day to install our new garage door. The installation went smoothly and my husband and I appreciated the instructions given to us regarding the operation of the door, the warranty,etc. Thanks to the team for a great job!

Travis Ford arrived on time for our appointment. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went about his job right away explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to correct the situation. The cost was very reasonable as well. There was a type-o on the invoice, however, which was cleared up promptly the very next day. I am very satisfied with Precision's service and would certainly use them again if necessary. I have no problem recommending Precision to others.

Angie's list was a great way for us to use you. Your service was great and your tech. was very good and knew the product questions I asked about your line of products. Do have a little problem, the door stops while it is going down- - -maybe springs too tight? Tech had to tighten them for other issues. I'll watch it for several days and see if it will improve. As is now, we have to push down on the door to keep it from stopping and going back up. Jim

The spring broke when we closed the garage door after 9PM on Sunday night. I immediately called the Orange Park Office and arranged for service, first call on Monday morning. Sean was here at 9AM. He explained in layman's terms the problem and how to resolve. By 11AM the repair was complete and we could get on with our lives. Thanks Precision.

Scheduled a 25 point inspection and roller replacement after seeing a "deal" on Angies List. Bought the deal, called Precision Door, and scheduled the service for the afternoon (4 - 6) time slot. Sean called me when he was on the way and said he would be at my home by 5. He was right on time. When he arrived he inspected my door and said I should consider replacing the whole door. He had a point - the door (wooden) is over 25 years old and is in pretty rough shape. I declined and Sean went about his business replacing the rollers. No pressure to buy a new door just that the option was available - that was nice. Sean finished in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up and I signed off on the work. My door works much better now. I would recommend Precision Door if your garage door needs repair or replacement!
