Great Service! I called late in the evening and they were out the next morning!!! Jason was in and out in 30 minutes. The best part is we purchased lifetime warranty so the $600 parts only cost $65.

I had never before had to have the unit reprogramed to allow the clickers to work in addition to the button in the car. Everything work well now. Thanks.

I chose Precision because they installed our new opener when the old one gave out and they did a quick and thorough job. For this repair we had lightning quick service. I called at around 9:30 in the morning, was told they would have someone with me between 11am and 1pm the same day. I received a call from the technician at 10:30 saying he would be with me in half an hour, which he was. The repair was finished by just after 12 noon. I don't think it gets any better than that.

Excellent service from the technician who gave us the estimate to repair our old garage door (too many things wrong, too costly to repair) to the technician who installed the new door and hardware! Very professional!! Would recommend your company to anyone needing garage door service!

I was very satisfied with service from Bill from Precision. He was great and reviewed everything with me before replacing the rollers and I agree to add the Key less Pad. I asked for business cards which I will share with family and freinds. Great Service!

We chose Precision because we needed a company that worked on Wayne Dalton garage door openers. We had the springs repaired last year & were warned the main unit would break soon. When it did break today, I was Extremely impressed by the promptness of Precision to send a tech! Tim's timing was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the repair situation, offered us the special, which I thought was a good deal & accepted it; Tim did the work, expeditiously but thorough. He was very professional, but also nice; I felt comfortable talking to him & trusted the things he explained to me. We Will use Precision for All of our garage door needs, forever. Thank you!

Sean Smith with Devon assisting did the spring renewal. Quite a fountain of knowledge. He was very professional and could not have asked for a better technician. He explained everything he was doing and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending Precision to my friends and family, and telling them to ask for Sean.

We live out of town and Brett was absolutely wonderful in explaining what needed to be fixed over the phone. He was incredibly professional and completed the work quicker than I had expected. I would absolutely recommend him and this company again.

Excellent service! Came within hours of our call. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable, professional and spent the time explaining each problem and what options were available. Thank you Sean Smith and Frank Cassidy. I didn't think it was possible to get my large garage door, which was falling off the track, which was falling down from the garage ceiling, to ever run smoothly and quietly. It never had before! Highly recommend this company.

Service was above and beyond our expectations. We had plans that day, and getting the door repaired put a damper on the day. Harold made it better. Harold gave us a call to see if it would be okay if he came by 15 minutes sooner....of course! He was very professional and we could not have asked for a better technician. He explained everything he was doing and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending Precision to my fiends and family, and telling them to ask for Harold if they can. Thanks again for everything!

Perfectly satisfied. Technician called in advance as promised, detected problem immediately, gave me my repair options, and completed repair, explained invoice and left. Price for a weekend repair was more than reasonable, much less than a previous daytime call from a competing company. All in all a professional repair by Walter Williams.

5 stars. Our second experience with Precision. Both service visits outstanding. (One to replace broken spring, one to fix misaligned and poorly wired lasers.) Very prompt in responding and right on time. Work completed quickly and expertly. Techs are proficient and courteous. Exceptional company.

Precision installed my garage door in 2012. I love the quietness of this door! I had an unforeseen issue so I made an appointment. Bill arrived within the designated time. I really appreciated that he called me first to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Not for a minute did I feel as if he was trying to up-charge me or sell me something I didn't need. I really appreciate his professionalism, courtesy and reliability. I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars!

We had a new double door installed last week. Precision personnel arrived on schedule, professionally installed a quality door in a short period of time. I highly recommend this company, and have them scheduled today for a repair on a second property. Nice to find true professionals that deliver a good product on time, at a fair price. A 5 star rating, and will definitely recommend Precision to friends.
