We had many colleagues and friends who said they trusted Precision. We are now one of the many customers who are really pleased with the excellent customer service and turn around time in completing the work. I called on Sat morning, the young lady said she had a technician available from 2pm - 4pm that same day. Gilbert Brown was the technician that assisted us in getting this completed. He called and was going to be earlier than expected and we were able to have this completed sooner than expected. Gilbert was a super pleasant employee that went out of his way to discuss everything that would be needed and discussed it in detail. I will never use this company again. I was not able to be at home for the service tech so my adult daughter took my place. The tech was rude, argumentative and insulting. I assumed my parts were under warranty from 2 yrs ago. Don’t believe it. The tech said everything needed to be replaced. This was done 2 yrs ago.

Old (2006-lift master door opener) pretty much dead. Belt was stripped out. Tech (Tim Van Vuren) recommended; LM 8850W Belt Drive opener, LM 7' Belt Rail, LM 485 Battery, LM 877 Max Keypad & LM 893 Max Remote. I've been a past customer and will definitely continue when needed in the future. The work and price were fair. The Tech's are always profession, on-time, complete their work efficiently & explain thoroughly what they've done. The teach was gracious enough to reconnect my old single door opener to the new outside keypad as well as make sure my car opener controls accessed the new and old opener. Great work!

I was about to leave for an appointment and the garage would only open by a foot. I went online to check what could be the problem and its a broken spring. I called Precision and was told the earliest they could send a technician is tomorrow. I pleaded for someone to come since I am stuck in the house. Hooray!!! they were able to send someone to fix the garage door. Gilbert Brown was the technician and did an excellent job of explaining the problem, what my options were to rectify the problem. He was very professional and well mannered!!! Also, I would like to mention my first contact with Precision was with Jason, he was very helpful! I am very thankful for him going an extra mile to accommodate my request of same day service. I chose Precision because of their excellent ratings!

I had a broken balance spring and worn our bearings on a very noisy door. I called and they came out the next day. The service guy knew his craft and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He was quick, friendly and courteous. When he was finished we cycled the door and it was smooth and nearly silent. He did an amazing job, well worth the cost.

Called for an appointment to have springs repaired on my door and was told someone could be out in 4hours. Outstanding ... scheduled my appointment promptly (helpful operators!), Tim Van Vuren, the technician, called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, tuned up my doors and installed new rollers (door works great now!!), and gave me a few maintenance tips.. all at a very reasonable price. The technician who came out was amazing. He fixed our issue immediately and didn’t try to push a new door. In the end, I did end up purchasing a new door but it was time and I made the decision on my own and didn’t feel pressured. It was a great experience.
