July 2025: Ron came to my house for a tune up for both garage doors. One garage door opener was 25 yrs old and had some electrical problems. He said it would only get worse and suggested replacing it. I agreed and he installed a new Genie motor, rail, two sensors (by the floor) and new wall button. Ron was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, went the extra mile. I'm very pleased with his work. I recommend Precision.

I’ve used Precision Garage Door Service twice now, and both experiences have been excellent—especially this most recent visit, which was an emergency. Their technicians are friendly, professional, and punctual. I really appreciate the text reminders and the photo of the technician sent ahead of scheduled appointments. This time, my garage door had been painted shut, and when I tried to open it after returning home, an internal component broke. Thankfully, Precision Garage responded quickly—even in the middle of a storm—and had my door fixed in no time. On both visits, the technicians took the time to lubricate the door as a courtesy and shared helpful advice on upkeep and maintenance to extend the life of my garage door and opener. Ron seemed to think of everything lubricating and providing a plan in case the paint on the inside of the rubber seal decided to stick again. I was very impressed with Precision Door Repair. I easily booked an appointment online and Ron was very courteous and provided excellent service. My garage door is 21 years old. Ron explained that he could replace the motor, springs, rollers and remotes without having to replace the door. He explained each problem area and gave me choices. Great customer service from the representative scheduling the appointment to the technician who came out. Same day service was needed for my garage door issue because I was not able to lift my door manually to get my vehicle out.
