The courtesy and professionalism because with the receptionist and continues with the tech. Ron Fogle was prompt, even early with a courtesy call, and above and beyond professional. He examined the situation and told me what was needed. He reflected the honesty of this company by not selling me something I did not need. Few companies or employees are this honest which made me even more thankful I continue to use Precision. Ron was polite, kind, and honest with the job at hand. Was able to diagnose problem with my old unit and determine a replacement was needed. Gave a quote for new opener and recommended other parts to be replaced as I wished, and had the parts on hand. Completed the job in the same day and did not need to get supplies past his service vehicle. Service member was courteous and knowledgeable.
