Excellent, professional, friendly service. Early Sunday morning I tried to exit my garage but was unable to lift the garage door. The huge spring over the door had broken. A professional garage door technician was at my home by noon and everything was fixed by 2:30. Before payment I was given an itemized statement of what would be done what it would cost as well as warranty information.

I had, had a problem with my garage door for a few months and thought it was simply the limit switches. Easy fix on my own. However when the problem persisted afterwards I figured better call the pros. After looking on my neighborhoods Facebook page for recommendations Precision was the name that kept coming up. I gave a call at about 1130 in the afternoon expecting to have to schedule something out a week or so, and was amazed when the person on the phone told me they could be there same day between noon and 4. My technician Lavoris, was awesome. Called me about 20 minutes before arrival, and when he got here, he did an evaluation and told me what had to be done. He was at my house about 1230, and done by probably 2ish. Would highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

Tech was on time for an estimate for a complete garage door and opener replacement. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, the estimate has numerous problems: 1) $2000 higher than next closest estimate 2) included a much higher cost upgraded opener with features that were unwanted, not disclosed, and not discussed. 3) separate costs for items like rails were not disclosed or discussed until received in the estimate. I ended up going with another company that offered the exact same brands and models and features for over $2000 less.

Precision Garage Door is the best. At noon today the cable on my garage door broke and the springs continued To Push door causing rails to bend. I called Precision Garage Door. By 2pm Lavoris Harris was here. He basically replaced my rails, rollers, pulleys and springs. A new system and was done by 4:30. I have seen the commercials and could probably even sing the jingle. Today my garage door wouldn’t shut so I called and just like the commercials said they were able to get to me the same day!
