Great service from Precision. If you are looking for a garage door, please stop here first. This company is very customer service oriented, and by the way very reasonable compared to others. They care about the customers on every level. We were provided a new garage door and I have nothing, but positive to say at this time. The service and sales technicians have great knowledge and explains everything in detail. I am very big on customer service and this company has it hands down. I'm new to the area; bought an older house; the garage door failed the wind mitigation report for the insurance company. There was already a Precision door opener in the garage, so I called Precision. Advise was professional from day one. I got the door on time, was installed exactly as promised, and all of the termite infested trim around the brick was replaced. Work time was finished exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for better service.

Took a week from the initial diagnosis to the new door, have to figure out how to shorten that up. The initial repairman did a great job showing up the door until the new door was made. Crew arrived early this morning and was very efficient in installing the new door. Just did a great job.

Called with a problem from lightning strike and within 2 hours Billy showed up and tried to repair the opener but, it was damaged too badly so he offered the install of a new belt drive system and I agreed. This is the quietest and smoothest opener I have ever had. Also programed the cars to open the door. Great service and people to deal with. Thanks to Billy and his company for the job well done.

Good install techs. Arrived on time. Called in advance. Door looks and works great. Only negative was no mention was made that I needed receipt to get warranty work on previously purchased opener. One would assume company would track customers warranties or ask in advance to bring paperwork.
