Very professional and courteous staff. Tim gave me a great price to replace my old damaged garage door and opener. Dan came and installed our new door and opener. He did an excellent job. He was courteous and took his time to make sure everything was installed properly. He answered all my questions and helped me understand how to operate the new controls. Great to do business with! I seldom write reviews but everyone at Percision Door did a great job. Mark McKinnon, the estimator, came when I called, and did a through job of explaining my options for a new door. Don and Chris installed it in less than 2 hrs and took the old door and cleaned up the area.

Our garage door became inoperable at a time when we were moving and really needed it to work, as our car was trapped in the garage! The technician who came arrived soon after our call, repaired the door to make it operative until we could replace it. Frank was very efficient and easy to deal with and saved our bacon.

We had a garage door installed on 6/21/18 by Dan and Gilbert. They were on time, professional, courteous, extremely organized, thorough and very fast. Dan was the last one here and showed us how to operate the new door using the code box and the car openers. The door is so quiet, you don't even know when it's going up or down. We love it and would recommend you to anyone that needs any type of garage door work. Thank you very much.

I'm new to the area; bought an older house; the garage door failed the wind mitigation report for the insurance company. There was already a Precision door opener in the garage, so I called Precision. Advise was professional from day one. I got the door on time, was installed exactly as promised, and all of the termite infested trim around the brick was replaced. Work time was finished exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for better service.
