Springs were replaced very quickly the next day after I called. Make sure you keep the invoice and warranty. I couldn't find mine so I had to pay full price. I had the springs replaced in 2016 and they were on warranty.

Dalton was a sweetheart he explained to me my issue he fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. He is definitely a people person we had a great conversation. Originally, I called for a coupon special for rollers and adjustment that was out dated. The cost was more, but the service more than made up for that. I had new rollers and a inspection done on my garage door. I will probably need more repairs in the future. I was given an estimate of the cost for the complete work that will probably have to be done. The technician (now I do not remember his name) that came out was so polite, professional, personable, and explained things very well. My garage door is more quite , seems to open and close more evenly. I will do any future work with Precision as long as I get the same technician. Extremely satisfied!

I called about 10:30AM and was greeted by a young lady who was very nice, said she had an availability to come to my house between 4 and 6 same day, I received a call from Dalton Merritt about 2 o'clock and asked if it was ok to come early. got to the house, addressed the problem gave us a few choices on cost. and then did the work quickly and cleaned up before he left. very polite the entire time and not pushy at all. would recommend Dalton and Precision to anyone. not sure if they are the cheapest but but they are good, fast and fair!!

Does not offer a free quote/estimate! Website is outdated and no longer offers the "green/lifetime" springs as mentioned on their website here. https://garagedoorsjacksonvillefl.com/garage-door-spring-repair Of course I was not advised of this until after the tech arrived. Online chat was cut short/disconnected while I was typing a response to the agent. Online chat should do a much better job in providing guidance especially if you're NOT going to provide a free quote! Advice to Precision: Update your website, train your chat personnel; otherwise offer free estimates and get rid of your $49 service fee (estimate fee)! Don't use the excuse of there's a plethora of springs as an excuse for not being able to provide an estimate over the phone. My advice if you're shopping around; get on the phone and ask a lot of questions or use an alternate business. 1-Star for getting someone out immediately 1-Start for installation technician's professionalism

Had a double double install. 2 garage doors, new springs, new rollers and two new belt drive openers. Our installer, Dalton was excellent, completing this project in two hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, motivated and eager to see me pleased. He even graciously put up with my presence and questions! Precision, you've got a good one here. Now if everything installed lasts well I'll call it perfect.

Several years ago (over 5) I had Precision replace my entire Garage door, rails, sensors and motor. They did excellent work and this was the first problem I have had. Stuff happens and mechanical systems fail. I called, they booked quickly after a few diagnostic questions. Less than 24 hours later, Dalton was on site to address the problem. They try to give same day service but I called after 4 and told them it was not an emergency. It just quit working. It was not a house electrical problem. He has excellent product knowledge, quickly diagnosed the problem (Faulty wall switch), gave me an initial cost estimate, and had the system up and running within the cost he quoted. Checked and lubed the mechanical parts and fully functionally tested the rest of the system (remote transmitters etc). Professional in every way. Easy to book, on time, good communication prior to arrival, parts on the service vehicle and a quick repair at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. The same as my first experience with Precision several years ago.
