Jason, just got your email, but you'll have to be more specific as I was visited by a setup sales guy whom was the perfect man for the job, timely, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, responsive and so much more... I was also visited by an installer who was no less impressive than the first person I met from your team. So far I am registering 10's on the scale rating, but I'm pretty sure the work I'm expecting will meet the same outstanding professionalism your team has already shown.
