Jason was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour. Also lubricated all hinges b4 he left. If needed I will definitely use Precision again. The amazing part is they actually showed up the same day!

Chad Martin did a great job replacing our garage door springs and rollers. He was friendly, professional, efficient and took the time to explain the different packages and the actual process. The work area was totally cleaned up, even made sure his fingerprints were off the garage door. I would highly recommend Chad and Precision!

Hayden was assigned to fix our broken garage door keypad. I knew replacement was required which he did. What I have always liked about Precision technicians is they thoroughly explain what they are doing and where appropriate in the process involve you. Hayden at no charge oiled the track and system before he left. We would never use another company.

Called at 11:30 AM and 2 service guys were at my house shortly after noon! One spring had broken and they replaced both springs in approximately 45 minutes. Professional, friendly guys and the garage door is back in operation and runs more smoothly than before! Very responsive customer service and high quality work.

Outstanding Customer Service! I called regarding a broken spring at 8 AM and Hayden arrived a few minutes after 9 AM. Hayden diagnosed the problem and expeditiously repaired the door. Fast on time service. Walter was eash to work with. He explained to me the problem and offered solutions. We needed a conversion from a old style lift to a up todate version. The old cable system broke. He worked quickly to replace the lift and cleaned up after his work. I recommend Precision. Make sure to ask for Walter.

I called them at 10am and they were here at 1pm. They did their checks and immediately told me what the problem was. They fixed the problem and explained to me what they did and gave me some information on future maintenance. They were professional and friendly. After checking numerous reviews on different sites I decided to call Precision. As noted in some of the reviews Precision had a technician at my door within hours. I already knew I wanted to replace most of the old system so had researched prices up front. When my technician, Reggie, arrived he inspected my existing set-up to determine what was in good condition and what he thought should be replaced and why. Reggie then presented several different options and associated costs. I was pleased to learn the prices were highly competitive and made the decision to proceed with the installation. Reggie was quick, efficient and delivered a first-rate installation. Following the installation Reggie went over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions before departing. I must say it was refreshing to deal with such a professional technician and company.
