Precision Garage Door Service provided excellent service from start to finish, which is rare these days. Our garage door mysteriously came crashing down on our windshield as my husband was backing into the garage (thank goodness he was ok and so was our car), but our garage was stuck open overnight. First thing Monday morning I got online and searched for garage door repair and found PGDS and booked an appointment for 2 hours later. The Tech was Riley who provided excellent communication and walked us through what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very precise and did great work. We just bought our home a few months ago and have been renovating it and this was the first service provider that we didn’t have to clean up after. I would give 10 stars if it were available. Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. Called on a Sunday and received same day service. Noah was out tech. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my springs which was the reason for service. But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.
