EXCELLENT SERVICE with competitive pricing! Nate was our service technician and was excellent. I called Precision at 3pm and by 5pm Nate arrived the SAME day! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He quickly assessed why the garage door failed to open and presented me 2 options to repair. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and able to finish the repair quickly and cleaned everything up and answered any questions for me. I would certainly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Nate !

Conner arrived and spent some time assessing my door issue and then went over his game plan to fix it. This was not a typical garage door issue. He got to work and solved a problem that I thought might be more difficult but it’s fixed. Can’t say enough about him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim from Precision Garage Door Service for a garage door repair. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment he arrived, Tim demonstrated a high level of professionalism—he was punctual, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. Tim took the time to explain the issue in simple terms and walked me through the repair process so I felt informed and confident in the work being done. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such genuine care for their customers. I would absolutely recommend Tim and the professionals at Precision Garage Door Repair. Professionals you can trust!

Ray was great! This kid showed up on time, on a short notice job on a Sunday and really not an emergency. I saw there was an appointment available, for no additional charge on the weekend, and jumped at it...Ray let me know he was on the way and once arrived, walked me through his inspection process and what my options were for the repair and the cost.
