Precision Garage Door Service provided excellent service from start to finish, which is rare these days. Our garage door mysteriously came crashing down on our windshield as my husband was backing into the garage (thank goodness he was ok and so was our car), but our garage was stuck open overnight. First thing Monday morning I got online and searched for garage door repair and found PGDS and booked an appointment for 2 hours later. The Tech was Riley who provided excellent communication and walked us through what went wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was very precise and did great work. We just bought our home a few months ago and have been renovating it and this was the first service provider that we didn’t have to clean up after. I would give 10 stars if it were available. Thank you for providing such great service!

Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy that we chose Precision.

Quick and easy to book an appointment. I had two broken springs that did not allow my door to open. The work was done in about an hour and it came with a two year warranty Definitely recommend!

But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.

Kyle notified me within 30 minutes of my call that he was on the way. He asked for about 10 minutes to assess the problem and then showed me several things that he felt needed to replaced. I’ve used Precision in the past for repairs and installations, over the past 20 years. I call the morning of 6/23 and within less than three hours a technician arrived. Cameron explain what was needed, gave me an estimate, had parts on his truck, and work was completed within 30 mins. Price was better than expected. A Top Notch company that I would highly recommend!
