Our garage door spring snapped at the end of last week. Monday morning, I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville after noticing their 2,000+ stellar reviews. The office staff was courteous and got us on the calendar for next-day service. They let us know when staff would arrive and how they would communicate. Tuesday morning, the technician (Hayden) reached out and provided ETA and arrived when he said he would. Within an hour or so, the spring and rollers were replaced and he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy that we chose Precision.

Quick and easy to book an appointment. I had two broken springs that did not allow my door to open. The work was done in about an hour and it came with a two year warranty Definitely recommend!

Called on a Sunday and received same day service. Noah was out tech. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He replaced my springs which was the reason for service. But Noah also readjusted the entire door making a tight fit. Huge bonus because I thought the slop couldn't be repaired. Great work.

Tim from Precision Garage Service was incredible today. Saved me! My spring broke and unbeknown too me it was only a matter of time before I had even more problems. Showed up 20 minutes early, very polite and courteous the entire time. Explained everything in great detail and gave me options with different costs. Kyle notified me within 30 minutes of my call that he was on the way. He asked for about 10 minutes to assess the problem and then showed me several things that he felt needed to replaced. He gave me a couple of options for the amount of work and the costs. My garage door looks new and acts like it’s new! It’s not making any noise and its moves are so smooooth!

I’ve used Precision in the past for repairs and installations, over the past 20 years. I call the morning of 6/23 and within less than three hours a technician arrived. Cameron explain what was needed, gave me an estimate, had parts on his truck, and work was completed within 30 mins. Price was better than expected. Very happy with our garage door service in the past few years. We had to replace the motor because the builders grade motor was causing endless issues. Dalton (who is awesome) came within 24 hours, replaced the motor, upgraded our springs and done within about 90 minutes. Great service!

I called Precision at 4:30 PM and they advised that a serviceman could come to my house between 6-10 PM if that was OK with me. Nick arrived at 6 PM and within 30 seconds of walking into my garage he had diagnosed the problem. He immediately provided all of the product options as well as the pricing and warranties associated with each product. I chose the replacement parts and in less than an hour he had completed the work. He was professional, courteous and timely. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and Precision to anyone faced with a garage door problem.
