The Service Technician (Nate L.) called in advance to confirm the appointment and let me know he was on the way. Nate did a great job in addressing the issue with our key pad, performed an evaluation on the operation of our garage door, and offered preventive maintenance tips to ensure long-term operability. 5 Stars! Damaged garage door was repaired by Frank Cassidy plus bottom seal replaced. Called Precision after checking the NextDoor site in our area (Nocatee) showing multiple positive reviews. Was given a time frame within 3 hrs. of calling but Frank called offering to come sooner (had finished previous job early). He quoted a price, took coupons, completed repair within an hour, friendly, courteous & efficient. Very satisfied from start to finish & would highly recommend company needing service.
