I had a new Genie motor installed today and additional parts that were needed as well for the garage door to operate correctly.My neighbor gave me the company name and number, and highly recommended them. From the personnel who answered my call, to the scheduling of the appointment, service and follow-up, all was perfect and impressive. My service technician was Tim Van Vuren who did an outstanding job! Tim called to confirm his time of arrival, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain the entire service to me. Thank you to Precision for maintaining such a high quality of service. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Precision Door is highly recommended by us. Our repair was scheduled promptly as we have a handicapped vehicle that needs daily outdoor access. Mitchell Dehler replaced a bracket which became dismounted from our double garage door with a heavy duty one. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem, stated a cost estimate to repair and performed the installation in a very professional and friendly manner.

Terrific Service. Hit the side rail of the garage door with a car and bent it off. Called at 1245. Colt arrived a little after 2 right on time!! Fixed the problem, did a check on the whole door system, fixed a few other things, and it works great!!!! Awesome company -- highly recommend it. ASK FOR COLT!!

Kaleb did a great job in diagnosing our problem with the garage door opener and fixing it. We "lost" the garage door opening when we were leaving for errands on a Saturday and rebooting it didn't work. When I called for service, Precision had a time a couple of hours later and the door was fixed before dark. I happily recommend Kaleb King as a technician.

Our daughter’s car was broken into at FSU over the weekend. The thieves had rifled through the glove box so had our address and the only thing taken (as she keeps nothing of value in car) was the garage door opener. I called Precision and they had a service technician out within the hour. Hayden reprogrammed our doors, remotes, keypad and a car AND did a free courtesy inspection and lube. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend!
