Tech was professional, and arrived on time. Price was exorbitant and no invoice was left. $2600 bucks for a $468 opener and a new spring system. No mounting replacement, no new rail. If I had an invoice maybe I could make sense of the charges, but I don't.

I had a new Genie motor installed today and additional parts that were needed as well for the garage door to operate correctly.My neighbor gave me the company name and number, and highly recommended them. Precision Door is highly recommended by us. Our repair was scheduled promptly as we have a handicapped vehicle that needs daily outdoor access. Mitchell Dehler replaced a bracket which became dismounted from our double garage door with a heavy duty one. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem, stated a cost estimate to repair and performed the installation in a very professional and friendly manner.
