From start to finish this was a great experience. I called the office around 9am, and Dalton was out there a couple of hours later and quickly identified the issue. Tech was professional, and arrived on time. Price was exorbitant and no invoice was left. $2600 bucks for a $468 opener and a new spring system. No mounting replacement, no new rail. If I had an invoice maybe I could make sense of the charges, but I don't.
