The young man was prompt, polite, efficient. In just a few minutes he had spotted the problem, explained it to me and fixed it. Michael inspected the garage door, oiled it and was finished in about 20 minutes. Thank you for him solving what I thought was a major problem. I appreciate the fact that I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called.

Had a concern after first service. Contacted the company who listened and said they would make it right. Within an hour another Technician arrived and corrected the issue at the companies expense.
