Jeremy was an awesome tech. Came to the house and was very respectful to both people and property. Did the job in a timely fashion and moved on with his day. Would def ask for him again!

Jeremiah was professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to explain my options for a new opener as well as walked me through the entire process as he installed the new one. After the service was completed, he did a full review of the new unit with me to ensure I understood everything and even performed protective maintenance on my door before leaving. The new opener is awesome and a major improvement over my old chain-driven model. I will definitely use Precision again based on this positive experience.

5 stars for EXCELLENT service, performed 6/22/2015. The office responded to my phone message promptly, making an appointment for next business day. The Technician was Jeremiah, who phoned in advance to advise of his arrival; he even arrived slightly early due to favorable traffic. He was appropriately dressed, polite, knowledgeable and informative, explaining everything as he went along. My door had several issues that needed to be addressed, and he handled them all quickly and efficiently. Not only do I highly recommend them; I used them because a neighbor down the street had had an entire garage door and system installed last year and he enthusiastically recommended PDS to me.

Jeremiah installed a new PDS800 garage door operator to replace our ancient model (from the dark ages of garage door openers). He was efficient, courteous, and always willing to explain each part of the mechanism. His instructions for operating the new system were clear and concise. We would recommend Precision (and especially Jeremiah) for any garage door work.

I called in at 9:30 am on May 26, 2015 and received service that afternoon. Jeremiah called to say he was running a few minutes ahead. He checked my 20-yr-old opener & explained what was needed & other options. I chose to go with a new system. I am very pleased with the service and the new opener is soooo quiet! Thanks for a job well done.

I had new rollers and a wireless keypad installed. Jeremiah and his partner arrived early and finish the job very quickly. Both were very polite and professional. I am very happy with the install and would certainly recommend Precision to others. Thanks.

Today your tech called, came by and gave us an estimate to repair the lower panel on our garage door. The tech was very helpful and professional. He set up an appointment for tomorrow for the new panel to be installed. Thank you for your fast response time to our big problem. It is greatly appreciated. Michael Miller
