I was very pleased that I was able to have an appointment, by the technician, in such a short period of time. The technician called ahead of time, as promised and arrived ahead of the designated appointment time. I was also very pleased with the technician because he said that it would take him approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He was actually finished in about 45 minutes. After 35+ years our chain-driven garage door opener finally broke. The morning it broke, we called and made an appointment for that afternoon. Dalton Merritt arrived on time and installed a belt-driven opener in less time than estimated. Dalton was extremely courteous and quickly and efficiently finished the job. OUTSTANDING WORK! Dalton was at my house within 5 minutes of me making the service call. He was professional, courteous & very cautious not to damage my cars that were in the garage. He made sure the door operated properly when done with the spring replacement. His work was spot-on, he knew the proper springs to replace the broken ones (as the old spring were not the proper tensions).
