Called after purchasing a home, they had a tech out here in two days. That right there was impressive. I had two complete Genie belt drive units installed on the home. The technician that came by had two decades of experience and got an old unit down and two new units up and installed in about an hour. Even had to build the second door door opening framing. Quick work- I was impressed! Explained everything, would definitely recommend.

Alan Harp was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he responded to my home. Our overhead tension spring had broken and needed to be replaced. Upon talking with him about how noisy the door had been before the spring broke, he was able to diagnose the bearings were bad so changed them out as well. I was very impressed by the speed of service, professionalism and cleanliness of the service.

The crew came out to re-program our remotes and discovered that our old opener was burning a hole in its case due to many years of use and improper installation. Called at 11:30 AM and 2 service guys were at my house shortly after noon! One spring had broken and they replaced both springs in approximately 45 minutes.
