Garage door broke. Couldn't even lift it. Called at 930 am, got a 10-2 same day and Kalen was here at 10:45, he even called with a heads up. Before Noon he was taillights and dust having replaced the internal spring bar to external and all rollers. It's so quiet now! Couldn't ask for more. 15 year warranty too!

I already have a Precision Garage opener & springs, so, that's why I use your company. In fact, Precision installed my system about 9 years ago. I feel comfort knowing you take calls 24/7 & have technicians available 24/7. A broken Garage door can be dangerous & is inconvenient for homeowners. Had a 25 year opener that had the door bracket go bad along with a few other issues. Sometimes, just like with your A/C, it's time to replace rather than repair. Technician Dalton explained my options clearly and did not try to talk us into anything. We updated to a 1/ Horse Power Genie since we have a heavy garage door. Replacement took less than two hours, the technicians truck was stocked with parts to deal with all scenarios. Pricing was reasonable for the market. Precision is a great option for garage door openers.

The technician was personable and informative. He explained what our options for repair of our problem were. He checked over our garage door operation to make sure it had no other issues. He explained how to change a battery in our opener. one really helpful thin he did was to set up my wife's car to home link so that she does not need to use the opener. He also demonstrated how to identify future problems with the system. What a great service visit!

Our garage door keypad no longer was functioning, so the technician replaced it promptly. He inspected the entire garage door and opener, tested the keypad, and provided helpful hints to prolong the life of the system. The technician was courteous and professional.

Super impressed with the Customer Service that I received today from Hayden and the team at Precision - Jacksonville. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a tech to come between 12-4pm. Hayden texted me that he was ahead of schedule today and was able to come sooner. He gave me all the options, looked the door completely over, tuned it up and Boom....In about an hour he was done! We've had our door for about 8 years and luckily this is the first time we have ever had any issues with it! Thank you Hayden for your help today!

I chose Precision because of Nate Lewis. His previous work for us created a sense of confidence. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I did think that the cost of replacing our garage door motor and related materials was somewhat overpriced. I would have normally sought other estimates, but I consider Nate's work worth the premium.

Today I had the pleasure of using Precision For Service for the first time. They are very professional and do great work. My garage door was sounding very rough and loud. They replaced the roller wheels, which were metal, and some were rusty, with new fiber glass ones and lubricated the door as well. Now my door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend this company for any repairs, or even to update an older Door such as mine. They are very fairly priced as well.

As always Outstanding service! They called and asked if they could come early. I was delighted since my car was trapped in the garage! HASSLES OVER WARRANTY. The motor unit failed while door was opening. Spoke to their warranty dept, ensured it was under warranty ("yes, it's the whole unit attached to the ceiling we'll replace" - her words.) tech comes out next day and plays semantics about motor, motorhead, etc. Make calls, comes back, makes more calls. Even though they know what equipment I have and what the problem was, didn't have proper parts to do fix. Not happy. Maybe they should take part of their advertising budget and fund their warranty obligations, and they won't have to nickel and dime customers so much.

A near disaster! We have had our new car for 2 months and are still getting used to it. As I was backing our of the garage, I needed to adjust the mirror since my wife was the last driver. The opener buttons are close to the left side and I pressed the opener button when I grasped the mirror. As I continued backing out of the garage - the garage door was coming down. My car nearly pushed it off the rails and left it badly dented. The tech who came to my rescue was able to bends it back into shape and got it operating with hardly a scar. That was "excellent service".
