This was my second interaction with Precision. The opener was failing, and the torsion bar was reaching the end of its useful life. Both of these issues were thoroughly addressed with the installation of a new opener and opening system. The same day process from proposal to job completion was seamless. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Connor did a great job. He is a credit to Precision.

Made the appointment at 7am online, Tim was there right at the appointment time at 10am, accessed our issue, did not try to upsell me and was great to work with. Fixed it within a few hours, had all the parts and was great to work with. Would call them back any day if issues arise again.

We recently used Precision Garage Door Service for a repair on our garage door, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My garage door cable snapped unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon, trapping cars inside. I called Precision Garage Door Service and spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She offered to send a technician that afternoon but we opted for a technician to come out Sunday. The technician arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, courteous, and clearly an expert in his field. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the necessary repair in simple terms, and provided a transparent quote before starting any work. The entire experience from the initial phone call to the completed repair was seamless and stress-free. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and efficient garage door service, look no further than Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you for the excellent work!

In spite of receiving multiple coupons from other business's, I chose Precision for offering to match others and a senior discount. I felt it was an honest offering, more comfortable. No regrets. Our tech, Ron, was polite, professional, honest and clean and efficient. Definite thumbs up!

Great professional service performed by Dalton. Dalton discussed and explained each issue and options as work progressed. Recent project initially addressed the need to replace broken springs. Further on-site inspection identified the need to replace addional heavily worn parts and broken garage door chain. Overall project cost was more than expected but l feel it was justified to provide quality longer life parts and safety with my very heavy garage door usage.

We had a phenomenal experience from start to finish with the Staff at Precision Garage Door Service. From the initial phone call, our Technician, Nathan, arrived within 10 minutes. He assessed our damage, provided an estimate, and upon our approval, he started the work.He answered our inquiries, explained the root cause, provided options, and the viable solutions. He was meticulous, professional, and polite. Nathan cleaned up the work area, furnished detailed warranty information, and included the 5% discount in the final bill. Nathan exceeded our expectations, and have made us proud Clients of Precision.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door. Their communication was top-notch — I received clear email and text updates before and on the day of my appointment. Cameron, the technician, arrived right on time (actually, called to see if he could come by early) and was extremely professional. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured or upsold. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Precision Garage Door again and highly recommend them for their professionalism, reliability, and great service.
