Garage door would not stay closed. Noticed worn belt. Called Precision who I had used previously. Received an appointment for the day and time I wanted. Technician, Nate, was great. Called to say he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and installed a new opener within 2 hours. Explained how to use everything and connected the car and outside keypad. Told me to be sure to register unit on website. All in all very satisfied with response time and service.

Garage door opener stopped working. Error code indicated internal error. So replaced the motor and track. Went from chain to belt, much quieter. Two new remotes plus a new outside keypad he mounted. He programmed the outside keypad and both cars. ????. Plus it has WiFi built into it. I have to set that up but no biggie. Wes was supper nice and friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend their service for any garage door issue.

Tim V was the technician sent to our house as our opener wasn’t working. The garage door was heavy to open manually and Tim could see that the springs were not the proper size for the door which could have contributed to the opener failing. They had been installed previously by another company. The rollers and cables were original to the door as well. After a short time he and his assistant had the springs, rollers, and cables replaced and repaired the opener. He could probably have just replaced the opener which Is what I was expecting. It’s encouraging to see a company with excellent customer service and work ethic, as that seems to be harder and harder to find,

Today Wesley your technician called to let me know he would arrive at 08:00. He's represents your company very well. Our problem was a garage door that was 12 years old with issues. It would open and close randomly. Wesley took time to walk us through our options and accessories. We agreed on what was our best solution. He did an outstanding job with the new install and answered all questions we had during the process. He was very courteous and professional. He made this experience amazing. Thank you.

My home was well built in 2012, but in 2017 I decided (after a couple of bad storms) that I wished to have a more hurricane protective garage door. After doing online searching, I chose Precision Garage Door of Jacksonville--and I have not regretted that decision. Many visitors have commented on the door's quiet operation. The installation was flawless--professional, courteous, efficient, and well documented for me. I have only needed two service calls (and one was for technology upgrade) and both were accomplished in a timely, expeditious, and thorough manner. My garage door spring broke in the middle of the night. Could not open the door the next morning. Needed to get the cars out to go to work. Called Precision at 8 am. The technician George was here by 9:30, and replaced the spring, everything done by 10 am. Great service and reasonable price! 5 stars.
